Welcome back to another episode of my vlog.
After several months and several COVID19 restrictions, we have finally completed this project in Cavite. It is an interior renovation of a 2-Storey house and erection of fence and gate.
Our take of a modern minimalism in designing this humble home was a success as the client were overly satisfied with the result.

Hi Marie Joy, yes according sa guidelines ng Lancaster ang rear extension means forfeited na yung bond mo. :)

ang gamit po namin is 3/4" marine plywood, mas matibay po sya kesa sa melamine board

Ang allowed lang na gibain is ang wall underneath the window. But hindi mo pwede gibain ang kahit anong walls dahil precast and structure ng lancaster houses. If gusto mo talaga siya iremove, a structural analysis report should be submitted. :)
