Woah - the doll play thing really resonates with me! I remember as a child watching other kids make a story line and wonder why I couldn't do that. I used to wonder as a child if I wasn't creative. Patterns, intuition, and feelings is exactly how I think. And I also resonate with the androgynous thing: I used to play my brother's Age of Empires PC games, but I also with dolls and toy horses. (I got diagnosed with ADHD this year and I just self-diagnosed autism this month. It explained everything about my life up until now.)

People have a lot of misconceptions about people on the autism spectrum. Sometimes I am not even aware of some traits, what is and what is not associated with autism.
Be true to yourself. For the first time in my life, I woke up at the 38. I never thought bad people existed as that is what I was taught. Think about that.
At around 8:14, yeah, that's something Autistic people experience - always having to ask if we said the right thing for the others, because if we get it wrong and don't say the right thing or say it correctly, there's danger to ourselves in that. And, we don't know if we're saying the right thing or saying it right or correctly ! So, there can be danger to us we can't see coming or we can't predict or expect if we even open our mouths and say anything !!
Im convinced the autism assessment test were made to be as difficult for autistic ppl as possible. It requires a bunch of interoception as well as trying to figure out how to answer the questions when they have vague options like "never, sometimes, most of the time, always"
I am a mom with ADHD, most likely autism as well. My 7 yr old has been evaluated for autism and when I was doing all the forms I Hated those types of options. I wrote in answers to so many of them. Tomorrow is the results days with he psychologist.
I always have difficulty answering such questionnaires because there is always a lot of questions which are not specific enough for me. For example, "Do you have a problem pretending to be a child or a dog when playing house with kids?". Like what do you mean "do you have a problem"? Like, I can do it if I try hard enough, but it requires so much of me that I'd rather not to. Is that a problem? Or do you ask if I have a problem like I simply cannot do it at all? I guess I am just tired of always guessing what people meant when they say/write something, because they do not always articulate it well and I tend to understand everything literally. I somehow tolerate it when talking, but when it's a written question it is always so frustrating, 'cause they should have plenty of time to check if it makes sense. I guess that is a kind of question only an autistic person would have trouble with anyway...
You and I have a few similarities, but you just reminded me that I was born allergic to the formula and then they changed me to soy at some point. Thanks for the video!

I made storylines and I am autistic. It's a spectrum so not all traits fits all people.

I also have selective mutism. I do suspect that I am autistic, but people do not think that I am smart enough or intelligent enough to autistic.

You could be an infj in mbti types.
Many autistics are verbal thinkers. There is an autistic for each thinking modality.
