Beethoven - Sonata in E major, Op. 109 - Movement I

Beethoven's lovely sonata in E major was written in 1820, just as the Romantic era was starting to blossom. It was Beethoven's 30th sonata and he would only write two more after it. This first movement is earnest, serious, and typically Beethovenian. It alternates between peace and drama and features some drastic changes in tempo and dynamic.
At some point, I would like to record the other two movements in this sonata, which in a way reflect the form of the first one. For now, this first movement (one of my very favorites) will have to suffice. :)
