The Yildez Sporting HPS is the first sub-$1,000 O/U I've shot clays with & didn't feel handicapped.

    Buying a Yildiz from Academy is a crapshoot.
    Zero repair parts availability for the DIYer.
    Warranty work is only through Briley in Texas.
    All sales final, no refunds or replacement of defective guns though Academy.
    Buyer beware.

      I agree it's really impressive for the price.
      Not a Browning or Beretta for sure.
      I just want people to know that buying a Yildiz from Academy is risky.
      Maybe the Higher end Yildiz guns are a different story, don't know.
      I plan to shoot the crap out of it.
      The warranty states repair times don't go against your three year warranty.
      So the gun will either hold up or live at Briley getting repaired.
