Here we Go!
2nd Vlog of Jw Marriott Chandigarh. If you have not watched the previous vlog, kindly watch it and come back to this one. Day 2 and I was served a huge spread for breakfast in my room since I wanted to be all comfortable and have it. This day was special since we were covering Unlimited Food at Café @Jw Marriott. Chef was very professional with the spread that he had laid out. He prepared a full Raan with Aata chicken and a seasonal Mango salad. I looked at many cuisines including all international ones. I loved the hospitality and pricing as well for the food that they have to offer. They grow their own Greens in the café like Lettuce, Micro Greens Etc. They also had a very nice chaat counter for people who love chat pata khaana. Check out my reaction to wonderful place.

Exactly. Even the professionalism is missing. There are much better "food vloggers" in the country who at least give respect to the food as well as the one who is making and feeding.
One should always show some courtesy because it means a lot to these chefs and waiters. The hand gesture after each bite was so annoying and it looks like he didn't like the food but now he had cover up.

The starter with parm and rice is arancini .. my favorite .. Arborio rice and parmesan.. delicious!
Traditionally made with left-over risotto and parmesan, rolled into a ball and then coated and fried .. To die for. Usually the insides are creamish in color.. Perhaps chef's risotto had beetroot in it? Not traditional but rocks..
