So I ordered randomly from this place called Pashtoon in Gurgaon and the food was delightful. I called up the owner and took his permission to record. He agreed and I reached. It’s a proper cloud Kitchen which serve all over Delhi Ncr. I asked for his specialties & they told me their Peshawari Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh and Tandoori Phool for started and for mains he recommended Nalli Nihari and Parat Ka Meat. He said for Parat wala meat is cooked for almost 6 hours. Pricing was on higher side. Chef seemed professional and knew his recipes well. They are open 6 days a week (Tuesday Off). They are an old cloud kitchen and being serving for many years. Their family history begun from Old Delhi and which is why they know the flavors that they need to serve. Cloud kitchen ka ya regular restuarant ka food tastes good when you dine there. If home delivered it is not that good and breads get soggy

If we go outside our home to for dine in than the concerned restaurant charges us for their ambience, service, food quality and quantity and all this combined they fix a charge of their menu with the taxes after that, and that make the food costly, pocket friendly, premium, above average etc etc, but being a cloud kitchen the owner is not giving you any ambience nor any service so for which reasons he had fixed the rate of all the menu which any one can dine in many restaurants with nice ambience in a good and hygienic taste also. Not all but according to me the the price of the food is not getting equally proportionate to the rate...
The food looks good but 375 for tandoori phool and 1299 for nali nihari by taking a peak to location I don't think it's worth it .. love ur videos but price not justify .. keep growing❣

On the other hand you get half plate Aslam Butter chicken ( the famous old Delhi one ) for just 260/-. That's a damn curly flower , I can get one of the same size for like 60/- in the market and then roast it with some spices for just 150/-. He has lost the sense of money. 1300 for some 4 pieces of mutton ?! If I go out with my family , all 4 of us have a damn dinner at nazeer for the same price !

It is a trend especially in Delhi-NCR that even small outlets and cloud kitchens are charging on the expensive side. India mai aur bhi metro cities hai, waha isse sasta and accha mil jaaega.
The prices are so high, even after discount, that I can't afford. Too exorbitant.
