Add Bell sound to Gate Crossing with DFPlayer and Arduino Nano

Here I show how I added bell sounds to the Gate Crossing project from a few videos back. Using the DFPlayer a small MP3 player small 8-ohm speaker and some minor code changes. The bell sound while the lights are flashing, just like a prototype railroad crossing.
