Tekken 7 lacks in both stage quality and music, I think. It contributes to my opinion that it’s one of the least interesting Tekken games (and I’m not that nice to 6).

T6 stages were definitely one of the best out of all the tekkens
Yeah, I've pointed this out several occasions. Seems they struggled getting the best of UE4. Certain aspects of T7 look worse than previous games (same goes for SC6). I suspect the switch also affected the quality of T7's customisation ( it's the only logical explanation I can think of for the drop in the quality of items)

@@fasoooli2751 Not at all. You wouldn't expect they use the same engine used for TTT2 for the current gen.They'd naturally have to switch to something more powerful. All I was trying to say is perhaps they needed more time with the engine to get better results. Either that or they develop their engine in-house, like they always have, so they have greater control over the output.

It is downright sad that Devil Jin looks far better in Tekkens 5 and 6, both over a decade old, than he does in Tekken 7. His intimidating presence is long gone.

Devil jin has always been a solid pick in every tekken he's been in. A lot of characters tend to change for better or worse in each installation but not him.
Devil Jin looked so good. White glowing eyes, Pail skin. Tekken 6 devil Jin appearance should be dlc for T7. Sharp teeth, messier hair and so on

i watched some tekken 6.0 videos, devil jin's hell sweep in that version is so op. it actually launch on normal hit, and his while standing 2, is the same in tekken 5 dr. they nerfed that in tekken 6 br.
In 6.0 the hellsweep fully launched giving the counter hit property on regular hit with them facing the regualr way
I really love vids about dvj , tips , move list , and combos , and i play tekken 6 on my phone , doing electrics are very difficult. But this is a great video , helps me get more ideas on how to make mix combos , i really want to suggest some combos , i wanna share the 11 hit combo i developed. much love to all tekken gamers.

Tekken 6 Devil Jin was super sick and cool, and it was very fun to play with tho I prefer Jin
B4 definitely one of the best mids I remember playing 3 hour long sets against my friend while using eddy it was definitely one of the most oppressive moves to deal with . I love T6

Devil Jin's Hellsweep did launch in Tekken 6.0 (or at least knocked down) on normal hit. His Hellsweep in Tekken 7 is closer to that than anything else.

You could see that they wanted you to get a majority of your dmg from the ws+2 , considering you can bound from it and hellsweep didnt combo. I honestly like this version much more than T7...

No Jin had an electric in tekken 3 but I'm pretty sure hehachi didnt. Jin has the same electric in tag 1 kaz doesnt get it until 4 though

for someone that had a ps2 after a few years of release and overall hated the whole concept of "console upgrades" i never had the chance to play tekken6 so i went straight to 7 from 5, so i really like these youtube series tmm currently does .

I actually did his staple combo two times in Tag 2 and my recorder gets choppy for how insane it was.

In T6 it was believed that Julia had the highest damaging combo off of a 15 frame launcher, at about 92 dmg I think.
However DVJ actually had the highest because he can do, after a SSR, EWGF, uf1+2, deep dash ff+3 1~ff, 2, df1+2 B! , cc/dash cd+1~UF. The ff+3 after the high laser as well as the cc/dash cd+1 after df1+2 required perfect timing.... BUT that combo did a chill 95 dmg. Tested on Asuka and Xiao as well. It was stupidly strong, made everyone else struggling to hit 80 look like shit lmao. The trick was that the Heaven's Door grab after cd+1 did a stable 15 dmg extra instead of getting scaled like in T7!

There is even a simpler and stronger "no wall and no counter hit" combo for Devil Jin. It deals 88 damage......

Is Tekken 6 still being played? Not much into online gaming but i'd be glad if this still was somewhat active, be it online players or offline players. Very nice entry in the series, that is often overshadowed by other more popular entries.
The last time I went online I had no problems getting matches. There are still people playing in ranked.

devil jin is good in tekken 6 but not even close to s tier,while other characters have have like 4 launchers he needs to do an electric, but nvm my opinion his ewgf "has a big hitbox and tracks" as if we are playing vs koreans gods
The Mishimas sans Devil Jin may be terrible, but still better than Raven and ESPECIALLY Zafina. She was my favorite T6 character, but playing her was just miserable.

Kazuya is a great character , but tekken 6 br Kazuya was a disgrace . He was a joke compared to tk7 Kazuya who would make u regret doing an unsafe move . Tk 7 Kazuya really hurts u while tk6 Kazuya is just there to get punished . Tk6 kazuya's db+4 was probably the worst low.
