All extrusions can be done with the first sketch.
First extrusion make it 2 directional.
Sharp tip extrusion use the same sketch. Choose [Surface/Face/Plate] under "From" and select desired end of the first extrusion.
Cap extrusion repeat the previous step.
Cross cut on cap should start with [Center Rectangle] under "Rectangle Type" and snap to origin, then you do not need to set symmetry afterwards.

Your right, I would use the method u said if I want to make it ! But sometimes Im trying to use in-direct methods for learning purposes

    And the helix part.
I would make constant radius helix all the way. Sweep a surface with that helix and a sketch of the radius. Now you have a spiral surface. Create intersection curve using this surface and the outside of the combined extrusion surface, you get a helix on surface. Then sweep the thread.

That will fit the thread perfectly, that if u want to make normal & simple screw..(but will not have thread values which are normally calculated and designed for many different types of screws, that what I aimed to show in this tutorial!!

why no voice or spoken instructions
these demos are very hard to follow with out voice instructions
humans use voice as a PRIMARY means of communication

But that's where you are wrong buddy, I'll have you know that humans have had vocal communication since they were primates, so what sets us apart from primates you may ask? The ability to silently communicate. So how about you go crawl back into your cave with the rest of the chimps.
