Words cannot explain how glad I am the Bill O'Brien GM era died a quick death. I can finally look back at those years as what it is and not a representation of what the team is now

I think the Chief’s worst mistake was not just letting Mahomes be the week 1 starter in 2017. Who knows if they would’ve been as good in 2017 with rookie Mahomes as they would be in the subsequent seasons

Whether Vrabel being fired is a mistake depends on what Brian Callahan can do. Vrabel had his flaws and the team was becoming stagnant with him. The AJ Brown trade was definitely worse, so I agree there.

Chiefs' biggest mistake might be not shoring up their O line depth in 2020. You can't do anything about the injuries to the starters, but you have to know that that could happen, and you can't get into a situation where you're screwed if a starter goes down. Especially not if you're a team like the 2020 Chiefs where you're realistically in contention for a Super Bowl.
(For comparison, look at the Packers in the NFCCG the same year. Same nasty Tampa defense, Packers also had injuries on the O line and I don't think there's any question that affected the game, but it didn't *ruin* the game; the backups held up well enough that the offense was able to make plays, and that game was competitive to the end. Mahomes was running for his life every single play in that Super Bowl, and KC never really has a chance as a result.)

I will say this about the colts. My dad is a huge colts fan. He dressed me up in Manning Jerseys, he told me about how the colts won on my birthday (not about the prince concert, that was probably cool too), and i definitely remember wearing a luck jersey. My dad, a big colts fan, has spoken about Andrew Luck maybe twice around me since he retired. Thats how bad it is, man. Keeping Ryan Grigston, the guy who refused to draft linemen, and traded for Trent Richardson (losing them a first rounder), was the worst decision they made. If you were to pin the blame on wasting Luck's career on one guy... It'd be Irsay, but Grigston is the main dude who screwed up Andrew Luck. Great video tho :3

For Buffalo: trading up for Tremaine Edmunds. He was decent, but smaller and later drafted Matt Milano has been better in coverage, and at times an even better blitzer. Even Dorian Williams seems to be a better player than Edmunds, who looks like a mistake signing in Chicago. Miami: Drafting Noah Igbinoghene. He was the 3rd first round pick with Austin Jackson, and less than 2 seasons in, he was traded for depth to Dallas and is now fighting for a roster spot in Washington. New England: Drafting N’Keal Henry. He seemed like a bust from the start. Couldn’t get separation, stay healthy, get in the same page as Brady, ticked off the coaching staff, and finally got traded to Chicago for spare parts, which hurts more with the successful 2nd round or later receivers. Jets: Hiring Adam Gase. He already hadn’t proven to be the guy in Miami, but the Jets thought he could help their offense. He was just as bad. Baltimore: Drafting Rashod Bateman. He’s never been even a quality #2 receiver due to injuries and inconsistencies, which hurts more when smaller receiver Zay Flowers and 3rd round or later tight ends in Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely are more successful. Cincinnati: Not finding quality offensive linemen for Joe Burrow. He has been injured 3 of his 4 seasons, and no matter the draft capital and free agency spent on it, he’s still getting injured. Cleveland: Drafting Corey Coleman. He’s been out of the NFL for a few years, but between inconsistent hands and injuries, he could never get on the same page and even had issues fumbling as a returner for the Giants, Bills and Chiefs. Pittsburgh: Drafting Devin Bush. Trading up to draft 10th overall replace Ryan Shazier, and he’s not even been decent potential. He’s bounced between Seattle and Cleveland since. Houston: I agree with Bill O’Brien. Indianapolis: Drafting Philip Dorsett. He’s only gotten 2,000 yards in total. Outside of speed, he bounces off of a couple rosters. Jacksonville: Drafting CJ Henderson. He didn’t last 2 full seasons before clashing with management and getting traded to Carolina. He’s only depth at best cause he allows lots of yards and high passer ratings. Tennessee: Drafting Isaiah Wilson. He routinely clashed with staff, had legal issues, and barely after 1 season, he got traded to Miami for spare parts before they released him due to legal issues. Denver: Drafting Paxton Lynch. He is what led to Russell Wilson. Kansas City: signing Jawaan Taylor. Paying $20 million a season for a penalty and sack prone Tackle. Las Vegas: Signing Jimmy Garropolo. Signing him to a 3 year, $75 million deal after coming off a season ending injury to leading the NFL in picks. Another smart move by the idiot that is Josh McDaniels. Chargers: hiring Brandon Staley as a head coach. The death knell was losing a 27-0 lead before halftime to lose 33-30 in overtime to Jacksonville.

Miamis worst decision in the decade was drafting Charles Harris over watt.
The Tua pick wasn’t bad at all the first two years they didn’t develop him and Herbert is all flash and no clutch gene. How many picks or bad sacks does Herbert take in the 4th

Trading for Kadarius Toney, trading for Orlando brown, signing jawaan Taylor (so far maybe he pans out), drafting Skyy Moore, drafting CEH, drafting Felix (so far he could pan out too)

Coming as a Broncos fan, the worst move this franchise has made in the last 10 years was passing on Kyle Shanahan in favor of Vance Joseph. We had a serious chance at hiring one of the best coaches in the league and bring in the son of the coach who helped us win 2 super bowls back. But Joe Ellis, our president at the time, had beef with Mike Shanahan and his ego and the Broncos’ general ineptitude led to us passing on him and completely changing the trajectory of our team for the next 10 years. The Wilson trade was terrible, we gave up possibly a generational corner in Devon Witherspoon and got $80+ million in dead cap and 2 seasons with losing records, but that trade never happens if we had Kyle Shanahan

I was gonna say Kyle was never coming there because of what happened to his dad. That was a very ugly divorce.

Don't get why the algorithm pushed this to the top... but my Dude, if we're giving you ideas that'll become your content then you'd be a producer, not a creator. With the potential of monetary gain at stake, you've essentially ripped off Only Fans entire business model while viewers feed you ideas for future content that you can either choose to undertake or reject. Oh, & your list of mistakes is weak. Sorry, know honesty can suck.
