Haha... Your smile when striking with that kukri it clearly showed how fun it is! I think those are pretty solid, it's like that really nice tool you can always go to, besides being really effective against feral attacks, brushing stuff, chopping and minor woodwork, and surely it'd be the terror of any zombie.
Miao Dao! That’s a huge sword! Speed kills but inertia destroys. Once that 3+ pounder starts moving it’ll rip for sure. That’s one of the most impressive swords you’ve shown. Definitely something I’d want in the upside down to keep some distance between me and whatever threatens. Good picks Amanda and great show Kyle!
Thanks Jamie! Yeah, that Miao Dao was definitely a little different to swing, but with some practice, it would be awesome! I hope you are having a great week, brother!
The knives are very good. but if we are talking combat they would be great backup weapon. Kukri is a better choice. but obviously if you are talking pure fighting than the sword is the best weapon here. at less you are in very close range combat but overall as far as weapons go this would by far be the best. however having something like a knife or kukri would be more helpful in other ways like cutting through branches cutting ropes and sharpening sticks and that kind of things. so honestly you could really use two things to survive. sword as your primary weapon and either tanto or kurki as a backup weapon and a tool.
Man just hit my weak spot!! The tactical tanto is awesome for EDC but yeh that Miao Dao keeps ya seated for that second helping of roast of ya liking whilst clearing out the upside down lol...nice close-ups on the products!!
The sword looks awesome, and would be a great weapon in the open where you have room to maneuver it, but it'd be really hard to use indoors or in close quarters, for those situations the kukri might be a better choice. More reach than the knives(I do like that karambit but it's definitely for very in close work) and the claw, but not as potentially unwieldy as the sword.
I completely agree! The situation and location they are used in would definitely make a difference as to which weapon to choose. I hope you are having an excellent week!
I love the Traditional Chines Miao Dao, next is the Stealth Tactical Kukri then the heavy metal hand claw next is the stealth tactical pocket knife and then last but not the least is the tactical combat tanto.nice video.keep it up and God bless!
Yeah, Craig! It’s definitely one of my highlights of the week getting to see the new weapons Amanda brings for me to test out. I’ve been fascinated with weapons my whole life, so I really enjoy it.

As usual a great Weapons Wednesday! I'm going with the Kukari! I would also suggest using just plain old bottles of carbonated water, crisp and clean and no caffeine.
Excellent choice, Michael! The Kukri was my pick as well. When I first started hitting carbonated beverages, I began with clear carbonated water, and it worked great. The only problem is that the explosion doesn’t show up as well on camera. But, I may go back to that to avoid some of the mess. Thanks so much for watching, Michael! I really appreciate it!
Going into surgery tomorrow morning to have a total knee replacement, its my second one within 3 months. I should have time to catchup on some of your earlier videos! I plan on getting that Nata after surgery. Thanks again for all your great and clean content.
If I had to choose 1 of these, I would choose the kukri/ghurka knife. If we were spending all our time in open field, I would choose the the last sword. As much as I like the Chinese sword, it is much more limited in any sort of urban environment or smaller spaces.
the kukri is the most useful not too big or small and its a heavy chopper for those vines and can be used as a camp task knife or making torches to burn all the monsters
I really like the tanto tactical because imagine a swiveled carabiner with a handforged chain that could be quickly attached or released so you could wear it as a neck knife with a long chain hidden underneath but quick drawn from a pocket. The long sword reminds me of a japanese knodachi sword. Native American warriors defeated many British with long swords and American calvarymen with long sabers on the ground with a lot shorter weapons. If I were younger and stronger I'd probably choose the sword but for mobility and long hikes I'll go with the tanto tactical and improvise.
I think that is an excellent choice, Tony! I don’t remember exactly what the options were in this video, but I remember loving that tactical tanto. I hope you have an excellent weekend, my friend!
Dia Duit Kyle, Amanda. Dao of course. Kukri second. Still going for the Hammered katana. The wee tanto crambit was pretty cool too. Till next Wednesday. Cheers. ☘
It is pretty awesome! It was a little tricky getting used to the length, but I had pretty good control with it. Thanks so much for watching! I really appreciate it!

Love that tanto knife, the khukri and the two handed sword. With the two handed sword you can fulfill the old adage, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. You could make a human shish kebab out of multiple opponents , just add tomatoes, green pepper and a cannibal friend to eat it all . I love two handed swords because of the sheer power , speed and coordination with minimal effort. Great upper body workout. A two handed sword can overcome a one hand if you go directly for the body targets and nix or minimize parrying. It wasn't meant for parrying. I have a khukri similiar to the one you showed made by Becker for Kbar that is made of 1095 Cro-van steel that eats wood like nobody's business. I love it for wilderness forays , you could surgically remove Sasquatch's gonads and put a frown on his face. He would be permanently embarassed to show his face, and other things to his tribe, forever. Finally, I really like that tanto knife. I wonder how it would work for me with my wide hands. The clip is great because it would also make a great neck knife with paracord in tactical situations. You really have some great weapons. I love to watch you wield the weapons on the show, you have considerable experience and seem to wield weapons as an art form. Thanks Kyle , you really inspire me. I was looking at the Stealth Tactical Kukri but can't find the belt loop mentioned in the description. Comparing it with the Rugged Kukri shown today I would like one that can easily holster to my belt if possible.
That's an excellent question! I just looked at the Stealth Tactical Kukri on KarateMart.com and it mentions the belt loop in the description on the website, but I definitely should have been more clear about it on the video. If you are in the least bit worried about it, please call our customer service team at 1-800-977-6928 and they can grab one in the warehouse and check it to make sure it does in fact have a belt loop. I just want to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Thank you so much for watching and for your support. I really do appreciate it!
The heavy metal hand claw is the most practical form of weapon that a guy with absolutely no experience in martial arts can use to survive a multiple enemy combat situation, especially due to the Knuckle Duster grip there is very little chance that the attacker can snatch it away and use it on you. If you cannot afford it I recommend you make it at home.
Always look forward to Weapons Wednesday and this was yet another awesome video I received my quick draw karambit very high quality I'm mostly using the pocket clip as it's way more concealable So no suprise I'll be ordering the tanto karambit today it will find a place in my karambit collection most definitely Thanks again guys for the awesome content and quality products 👍
