Tip: If you find a car which is not in the current list but in any next coming list then take it and store it in sunshine auto's garage and deliver it on its turn by only taking out from garage

You know in GTA 5 when Trevor buys the air field from Oscar, a cutscene appears where he comes out thanking Trevor and congratulating him and then they work together to smuggle guns. This is like this cutscene right here, same concept with the challenge too. Makes me realize that Vice City is underrated, also, other features in 5 are taken from Vice City and San Andreas.

This mission is one of the greatest cuz you earn lots of money and the trick is that when you have to bring the cars from the 1st list, the cars from the others appear and you can park them in the sunshine autos garages.
The Pizza Boy might not be at any of the pizza stores to guarantee finding it complete the Assassination mission Roadkill pick the Pizza Boy and store it in any safehouse garage . Some of the vehicles drive right by Sunshine Autos just grab whichever one shows up and store it in one of 4 garages at Sunshine Autos .
Raging Wolf I got lucky and found the Virgo at the parking lot really quick at the mall and there were lots of them you could try by using a crappy car and they would hopefully come out.
