    Hello Dr Aysola.
    I have been researching my sleeping disorder problems
    .I found your lecture on sleep apnea inspirational.
    You are a caring and highly educated good person..I really wish I had a Dr like yourself who could address alot of my health issues .which after watching your presentation has alot to do with many medical issues, including Insomnia, sleep apnea, moderate to severe depression and mental health issues high blood pressure ,anxiety to mention a few .These conditions have developed over my 55 years Your lecture on sleep apnea and related issues has made me realise maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel .

    Wonderful to listen to a doctor who understands sleep apnea. I went many, many years undiagnosed. Reported sleeping deficiency for decades to my doctors. Not obese, physically fit, non-smoker, who refused meds over and over again. I felt validated by your lecture. I'm not "crazy" after all.

    Is it ok to take 2 mg zolpidem...only in a week no good sleep..sumtin like that..rarely...if good sleep i can exercise and mprove sleep apnea

    Neuromuscular disease can cause ineffective breathing in sleep. Fatigue, shortness of breath, weakness,loss of balance are not part of aging or personal failure. Not all Mds see whole person or practice evidence based care.keep looking.

    Have to cetrizine? Steam? Etc sinus block...120 kg. Need both noses....on top of apnea sinus block..great

    I work on bEd till 12 Amap...let the cells rejuvenate back....???
    Also they shud look into dream ability on things like Clozapine n dreaming...do dreams organize emotion

    No Milk, no cheese, no glutine and no alcool. No wheat flour and not sugar before to sleep.
