I’m curious about a couple of things. Not arm chair quarter backing just curious about your setup
Why have the rescuers on the pick off straps when using the rigged prusiks gives you easier adjustability? Or does it?
The tails of both lines could be secured to the foot of the basket. Or have you excluded that idea based on something?
Good video with some ideas to compare to our setup.
    Thanks

The tails can be attached if you are worried about dragging on the ground. The reason for two is when packaging, both rescuers are independent and are not pulling each other back and forth. This is something that our department does a lot of and this just seems to work the best. The pickoff straps are for adjusting up and down and a a second point of contact which also keeps the basket front off the ground. Where we rescue is not always just a slope, there may be flat areas etc. The more adjustability we find the better. Makes for a bit more complicated system, but much of this is pre built and ready to go on our trucks. Thanks for the comment.
