i used body bases models asset library and imported a female realistic model but that was not opening in edit mode, i wanted to check the topology also the model where high res. why??? and how to use the base model correctly?

okay. i would like to ask some informations about my misunderstandings cuz i expect quad remesher the least top ones . quadremesher if the person wants to use a character for animation or games. quadremesh is useless. right?
but if we would use it on clothes as shirts? doesnt clothes needs to follow the bending form quite similar to the character (plus extra vertexes around the bending part so its not blend the 2 object together ) so the clothes can have the same and similar weights and form that fits better for the characters? if we quad remesh them thats how could be "animated " right next to the character it self if it has QR -ed form?
i would say quad remesher is only good for statues or hardsurface modelling where the object never gonna bend or deform during animation or so.
am i wrong?
