I have looked at and Studied the Bible for over 57 years from my late teens when I accepted God into my heart, and never "I repeat" NEVER have i found another minister of Gods word like Chuck Missler. I loved the other good guys like Walter Martin, Chuck Smith, Dave Hunt and a few others but Chuck has blessed me so much at times I have wept with joy at the revelation of Gods word he has provided. For me, the greatest minister and expounder of Gods word I have EVER known. I have listened /watched 100s of hours of him and never tire of him. I pray he is now enjoying the benifits of heaven although I dearly miss him, but he has left enough for us to consider until we too go to that heavenly realm. I have never met the man personally but love him dearly. Of course as one said below, he made mistakes, he was human, but everytime he realised there could be another way, he came right up front with it and ammended it for us and he ALWAYS said ...dont believe it because Chuck Missler said it, go and do as the Bereans did and check the word out to see if it was so. Chuck Missler, probably the best in the last century.
Preach it Brother! I go through every book of the Bible with Chuck Missler in 3 months! I am so grateful! I can’t wait to meet both Chuck & Nancy Missler in Heaven. I thank Jesus for them everyday. Chuck is such a powerhouse for any serious Christian BECAUSE he was a collector of "good intel". He always said "Chuck Missler never had an original thought" MEANING he chose to only present information that is well documented and established by one or more recognized and respected Biblical scholars. People tend to think he's a fringe guy when they first hear him, simply because they've never heard most of this stuff. Doesn't mean it isn't provably true! God is in the details and He's better than the devil in every way.
Chuck was a good teacher, but we have to be good Boreans, to proof everything with the bible. I am sorry, bur Pre-trib is wishful thinking and based on assumptions, not scripture. There is no bible verse for another coming before the Tribulation, Jesus comes back one time as Heb 9:28 says and Jesus taught in Mat 24:29-31the Rapture, coming in the clouds with the trump of God, (Rev 10:7+11:15-18+1.Cor 15:51) and gathered His elect unto Him in the air. That is not the Jewish gathering (Isa 60:9; 66:22:49:29), but of the church, which happens together with the First Resurrection (1.Cor 15:23+24; Rev 20:4-6), which comes after the resurrection of Christ (First-fruits) and 1000years (not 1007) before the end of the Millennium.

@ That's actually something I'm wrestling with. I know all the prophecies and the timeline which the events are said to occur. A lot of people are saying that we aren't as close to the tribulation because the "rapture" hasn't happened yet. I know the word rapture doesn't appear in the bible but for the sake of explanation I'm using the word "rapture" to describe the snatching away. My question is, what if we got that part wrong? What if that happens during the mid tribulation period? I'm not arguing with scripture and of course I'm waiting for Christ's return regardless of the timeline of events.

@@melissatubbs7567 After the 7 years known as the tribulation period, that is the actual return of Jesus, when He descends on the Mount of Olives near Jerusalem. Satan will be bound for 1000 years. The 1000-year period is referred to as the Millennium. After the 1000 years, the Bible tells us that Satan shall be loosed for "a season." Not exactly sure how long the season will last but it will be long enough for him to stir up and lead a final rebellion.

(2of2) We've (my husband and kids) never have "celebrated" the Feasts, but we have been paying more attention to them and going deeper into the study while observing the days they occur as part of our study. They're beautiful and so worthy of the time put into understanding them. Regardless of the joy that comes from study in the Whole Word of God, we do follow Paul following Christ. He is 'our' Apostle and I'm thankful the LordJesus gave him to us for the edification!

@@Outrjs You may not be convinced, but the Bible teaching is clear ☺ There are not "levels" of Heaven, but we are accountable for our faithfulness with the opportunities we have as believers and Jesus Himself is the judge. One example? James 1:12, those who love the Lord Jesus enough to consistently endure temptation will be rewarded. So while all Saints will receive eternal life, not all will receive the crown of life. Of course, these rewards will be cast at the feet of the Savior, who alone is worthy of honor and glory and blessing.

Personally I am post trib but I still love my brothers and sisters that are pre trib and this is some good information regarding revelation. RIP Brother Missler.
Have you considered there may be more than one rapture? One pre trib for the Church The Body of Christ and one post trib for the OT Kingdom Saints that was promised to resurrect into the earthly kingdom (possibly at the 1335 days as mentioned in Daniel). Just something to think about or look into. Love Bro. Missler's teaching too!
"No man knows the hour or the day. " If it were post trib then once the tribulation begins we would easily be able to deduce the "day and hour" so i believe it happens before. Just my honest educated opinion.

Daniel 12:9-10 I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?” He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end. Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. God has deliberately hidden the whole truth of the end. This verse is telling us that the truth if the end time is hidden from us and only when the end is here will humanity be separated between believers and the wicked.
The separation is at the harvest at the end of the world as Jesus taught in Matt 13 in the parable of the sower. The end is not 7 years before the end!
The WISE will understand.. the things at the end time will be understood as they occur to those who know God's word. Daniel didn't understand because that knowledge was left for those who experience it and follow God's word and are wise in the Word.

In 1976, when I was 13 years old, I had a wide awake, real, in full color VISION of the Lord's Return... We lived out in the country in the middle of dusty plowed fields, dirt roads and woods in south Georgia. Everything looked kind of brown and crispy, like it needed rain bad. The corn field across the road in front of the house was starting to turn brown and die. I went to my bedroom, which faced out the front side of the house and looked out onto our front yard, which had a semi-circular dirt driveway and beside the left entrance was an old dogwood tree which had to be at least a hundred years old. Highway 341 ran from east to west in front of our house, which faced north, and the cornfield I spoke of earlier was on the other side of the highway. There was a slight rise in the middle of this field and you could not see the trees on the other side, so it looked like an ocean of corn that went off into the horizon. As I lay across my bed looking out the window, contemplating what I saw before me, I began to hear music in the distance. I specifically heard it in my right ear and the direction from which it came made me think of the high school band which practiced several miles southeast from where I lived. When conditions were right we could hear the band playing, but usually only heard the faint beat of drums. This sounded like trumpets and as I was thinking this to myself, I began to notice the music getting louder and louder, coming closer and closer, very quickly. Within a few seconds the sound wasn't just something that was exterior, but it was inside my head as well, reverberating throughout my entire body. It was so loud and it sounded like lightning crashed directly over my head and, in that split second, the trumpet sound thundered throughout my body and throughout the entire world...everything went dark and my bed and the earth shook violently. In a flash, I was no longer lying on my bed, but I was standing outside my bedroom window in the front yard and I beheld the scene in front of me with tremendous awe. It was still my front yard, only now everything was different. It seemed as if my entire range of vision was a huge 3D movie screen and I was in the middle of it. The trumpets continued to sound and I saw that the blue, sunny sky had turned black and the clouds churned and the wind blew with a violence that I had never experienced. The corn field was now a sea of wheat that was golden brown and ripe for harvest and I could see every stalk of wheat individually, billions of them. And I watched as the wind thrashed the wheat until it was beaten down by the storm. I now know that the Bible speaks several times about, in the end time, when the wheat is ripe for harvest, how the wheat will be separated from the tares. The tares are gathered and bundled together for burning and the wheat is gathered into the barn. Then I noticed the dogwood tree. It was mid-July, so of course I know there should not have been any blossoms on it, they usually bloom around Easter...but the tree was in full bloom. I had never seen anything like this. You couldn't see any leaves on the tree because of the millions of dogwood blossoms. It looked as if it were lit from within, by a glowing whitest of white, neon light and it glowed gloriously against the darkened sky. Now, I know the Bible says no man knows the day nor hour that Jesus will return, but if we watch for the signs, we can know the season. I have always felt that He might come back in the spring when the dogwood tree is in bloom. Of all the things that could have been highlighted in a vision; why the dogwood tree? I believe there is a specific message here. (Update: recently, I prayed about this and I feel the Lord placed into my spirit that this represents the fullness of the gentiles coming in). Just as I was taking all of this in, lightning filled the sky and the trumpets thundered over head again and in an instant there appeared two angels. They were dressed in white robes, facing each other up in the air and blowing golden trumpets. They were huge and filled the sky in front of me and I knew that the entire world must be seeing this as well. When I say huge, I mean like the size of the highest mountains, literally. I didn't think the trumpets could get any louder, but they grew louder still, building to a great crescendo and I heard a great shout that was louder than anything that you could imagine. And with that shout, it's as if the earth fell silent, the black, violent clouds began to roll back onto themselves from the center of the northeastern sky and I saw light in the distance. It was more a combination of light and clearing of the clouds in the distance that got my attention. As I looked up at this shaft of light and clearing sky, I saw what seemed to be fluttering and movement in the distance. As it came into view, I saw Jesus on a white horse and behind him were millions of angels and saints on white horses. It was at this moment, when I realized what I was seeing, that it disappeared and I was back in my room lying on my bed. Everything was back to normal and I was again looking out at a bright, sunny day.

The first Gog and Magog invasion described in Ezekiel 38 is VERY close to being fulfilled (less than a decade a way by all indications). Virtually, all the pieces described are in place. Now it's just a matter of how long it takes for them to move. Because the last days are described as being similar to birthing pangs though I don't think it's going to take that long. We're going to see things moving faster and faster in these coming months and years.

Sounds like we're on the same page, my friend. Maybe the stage crew has left the building and all were waiting for is the call to raise the curtain... Maybe the Body of Christ has A LOT MORE "trials" to go through as we wait for the call to raise the curtain. What everyone is uncertain of is the "Rapture" Pre-trib, Mid-trib, Post-trib! If only we would return to celebrating the feasts of the Lord, we would understand that Paul alluded to a Rapture that would occur during the Day of Trumpets, or Yom Teruah. Much prayer and seeking of the Father is needed to understand End-Times! My prayer is that we all come together in prayer (although we may have different views/understandings) so that the Father may unity us in HIS TRUTH

Hi Derek, I agree. I think we all should know our whole Bible (KJV). I do believe that knowing "the Feasts" enriches our understanding of ChristJesus, as well, our understanding of the "times and seasons". I would say it an important study in these precarious days.
When the trumpet.. is blown calling his true sons and daughters home to spare them from the seven years of tribulation I thought that's what is when we are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb... I was taught by Calvary Chapel the marriage supper of the Lamb was at sometime during the 7 years of tribulation. Perhaps after the judgement for rewards.

What mostly confuses me here is that when counting days/years etc,shouldnt we be using the jewish lunar calendar,which was used in Jesus day,instead of our current pagan Gregorian calendar which didn't come into full use until some 200+ years after our Messiah was crucified?

He always said "Chuck Missler never had an original thought" MEANING he chose to only present information that is well documented and established by one or more recognized and respected Biblical scholars. People tend to think he's a fringe guy when they first hear him, simply because they've never heard most of this stuff. Doesn't mean it isn't provably true! God is in the details and He's better than the devil in every way.

Chuck was a good teacher, but we have to be good Boreans, to proof everything with the bible. I am sorry, bur Pre-trib is wishful thinking and based on assumptions, not scripture. There is no bible verse for another coming before the Tribulation, Jesus comes back one time as Heb 9:28 says and Jesus taught in Mat 24:29-31the Rapture, coming in the clouds with the trump of God, (Rev 10:7+11:15-18+1.Cor 15:51) and gathered His elect unto Him in the air. That is not the Jewish gathering (Isa 60:9; 66:22:49:29), but of the church, which happens together with the First Resurrection (1.Cor 15:23+24; Rev 20:4-6), which comes after the resurrection of Christ (First-fruits) and 1000years (not 1007) before the end of the Millennium.

That's actually something I'm wrestling with. I know all the prophecies and the timeline which the events are said to occur. A lot of people are saying that we aren't as close to the tribulation because the "rapture" hasn't happened yet. I know the word rapture doesn't appear in the bible but for the sake of explanation I'm using the word "rapture" to describe the snatching away. My question is, what if we got that part wrong? What if that happens during the mid tribulation period? I'm not arguing with scripture and of course I'm waiting for Christ's return regardless of the timeline of events.

@@melissatubbs7567 After the 7 years known as the tribulation period, that is the actual return of Jesus, when He descends on the Mount of Olives near Jerusalem. Satan will be bound for 1000 years. The 1000-year period is referred to as the Millennium. After the 1000 years, the Bible tells us that Satan shall be loosed for "a season." Not exactly sure how long the season will last but it will be long enough for him to stir up and lead a final rebellion.

We've (my husband and kids) never have "celebrated" the Feasts, but we have been paying more attention to them and going deeper into the study while observing the days they occur as part of our study. They're beautiful and so worthy of the time put into understanding them.
Regardless of the joy that comes from study in the Whole Word of God, we do follow Paul following Christ. He is 'our' Apostle and I'm thankful the LordJesus gave him to us for the edification!

One example? James 1:12, those who love the Lord Jesus enough to consistently endure temptation will be rewarded. So while all Saints will receive eternal life, not all will receive the crown of life. Of course, these rewards will be cast at the feet of the Savior, who alone is worthy of honor and glory and blessing.

Have you considered there may be more than one rapture? One pre trib for the Church The Body of Christ and one post trib for the OT Kingdom Saints that was promised to resurrect into the earthly kingdom (possibly at the 1335 days as mentioned in Daniel). Just something to think about or look into. Love Bro. Missler's teaching too!

In 1976, when I was 13 years old, I had a wide awake, real, in full color VISION of the Lord's Return...
We lived out in the country in the middle of dusty plowed fields, dirt roads and woods in south Georgia. Everything looked kind of brown and crispy, like it needed rain bad. The corn field across the road in front of the house was starting to turn brown and die.
I went to my bedroom, which faced out the front side of the house and looked out onto our front yard, which had a semi-circular dirt driveway and beside the left entrance was an old dogwood tree which had to be at least a hundred years old. Highway 341 ran from east to west in front of our house, which faced north, and the cornfield I spoke of earlier was on the other side of the highway. There was a slight rise in the middle of this field and you could not see the trees on the other side, so it looked like an ocean of corn that went off into the horizon.
As I lay across my bed looking out the window, contemplating what I saw before me, I began to hear music in the distance. I specifically heard it in my right ear and the direction from which it came made me think of the high school band which practiced several miles southeast from where I lived. When conditions were right we could hear the band playing, but usually only heard the faint beat of drums. This sounded like trumpets and as I was thinking this to myself, I began to notice the music getting louder and louder, coming closer and closer, very quickly.
Within a few seconds the sound wasn't just something that was exterior, but it was inside my head as well, reverberating throughout my entire body. It was so loud and it sounded like lightning crashed directly over my head and, in that split second, the trumpet sound thundered throughout my body and throughout the entire world...everything went dark and my bed and the earth shook violently.
In a flash, I was no longer lying on my bed, but I was standing outside my bedroom window in the front yard and I beheld the scene in front of me with tremendous awe. It was still my front yard, only now everything was different. It seemed as if my entire range of vision was a huge 3D movie screen and I was in the middle of it.
The trumpets continued to sound and I saw that the blue, sunny sky had turned black and the clouds churned and the wind blew with a violence that I had never experienced. The corn field was now a sea of wheat that was golden brown and ripe for harvest and I could see every stalk of wheat individually, billions of them. And I watched as the wind thrashed the wheat until it was beaten down by the storm. I now know that the Bible speaks several times about, in the end time, when the wheat is ripe for harvest, how the wheat will be separated from the tares. The tares are gathered and bundled together for burning and the wheat is gathered into the barn.
Then I noticed the dogwood tree. It was mid-July, so of course I know there should not have been any blossoms on it, they usually bloom around Easter...but the tree was in full bloom. I had never seen anything like this. You couldn't see any leaves on the tree because of the millions of dogwood blossoms. It looked as if it were lit from within, by a glowing whitest of white, neon light and it glowed gloriously against the darkened sky. Now, I know the Bible says no man knows the day nor hour that Jesus will return, but if we watch for the signs, we can know the season. I have always felt that He might come back in the spring when the dogwood tree is in bloom. Of all the things that could have been highlighted in a vision; why the dogwood tree? I believe there is a specific message here. (Update: recently, I prayed about this and I feel the Lord placed into my spirit that this represents the fullness of the gentiles coming in).
Just as I was taking all of this in, lightning filled the sky and the trumpets thundered over head again and in an instant there appeared two angels. They were dressed in white robes, facing each other up in the air and blowing golden trumpets. They were huge and filled the sky in front of me and I knew that the entire world must be seeing this as well. When I say huge, I mean like the size of the highest mountains, literally.
I didn't think the trumpets could get any louder, but they grew louder still, building to a great crescendo and I heard a great shout that was louder than anything that you could imagine. And with that shout, it's as if the earth fell silent, the black, violent clouds began to roll back onto themselves from the center of the northeastern sky and I saw light in the distance. It was more a combination of light and clearing of the clouds in the distance that got my attention. As I looked up at this shaft of light and clearing sky, I saw what seemed to be fluttering and movement in the distance. As it came into view, I saw Jesus on a white horse and behind him were millions of angels and saints on white horses. It was at this moment, when I realized what I was seeing, that it disappeared and I was back in my room lying on my bed. Everything was back to normal and I was again looking out at a bright, sunny day.
What an experience!

The first Gog and Magog invasion described in Ezekiel 38 is VERY close to being fulfilled (less than a decade a way by all indications). Virtually, all the pieces described are in place. Now it's just a matter of how long it takes for them to move. Because the last days are described as being similar to birthing pangs though I don't think it's going to take that long. We're going to see things moving faster and faster in these coming months and years.

If only we would return to celebrating the feasts of the Lord, we would understand that Paul alluded to a Rapture that would occur during the Day of Trumpets, or Yom Teruah. Much prayer and seeking of the Father is needed to understand End-Times! My prayer is that we all come together in prayer (although we may have different views/understandings) so that the Father may unity us in HIS TRUTH

I was taught by Calvary Chapel the marriage supper of the Lamb was at sometime during the 7 years of tribulation. Perhaps after the judgement for rewards.

The word "distress" is the same as tribulation.

@@socialyenept "in the temple of God" which today is the body of believers. This could describe a false Christian leader. That person might already be revealed or at least apparent but not yet implemented the Mark.

Oh my what a web we weave
What mostly confuses me here is that when counting days/years etc,shouldnt we be using the jewish lunar calendar,which was used in Jesus day,instead of our current pagan Gregorian calendar which didn't come into full use until some 200+ years after our Messiah was crucified?
