So the real question is: how much did it cost overall? Especially the hotel fees + weeks of training, not plane tickets since you live in London. It's something I'm willing to do, so I'd like to know if I can or not. Thanks dude, your work is inspiring!
I have never played tennis and padel, because in my country there is no such game as padel, now I live in Italy and this game is developing very much here) after your video I want to go to training) I have never attended training, but in 6 months I I learned to play by watching videos on UA-cam and started participating in tournaments)
Hey, great videos! I have a question, I'm a sports student looking to combine PT work with Padel training, but I find it hard to find Padel specific exercises, what would you think is the best way to learn those.
Hey! Yeah these can be tricky to find. If you can't find enough on padel, suggest doing some research into tennis-specific exercises and thinking about how those can be tweaked for padel e.g. more of a focus on abrupt changes in direction and explosive movements. We'll look to include more on this in future videos.
it wuold be useful to have some info on how and where did you find and chose an apartment, and a rough estimate of how much these six weeks in Malaga costed you...
I have tennis background between 4.0 to 4.5 and has the inspiration to transition to Padel. I noticed you used a round shaped TF racket. Do you recommend using a round shape instead of hybrid for start. In tennis I'm using Pure Aero 98 (305 g unstrung), what weight do you recommend at early stage.
@@Tennis_Siblings Hey! Yep I started with a round racket, moved to hybrid, and now finally I use a diamond shape. This worked for me, and I’d recommend either a round or tear drop when you start. On the weight, it depends how much you weigh! But as you preferred a light (ish) racket in tennis it’s worth looking at padel rackets around 360/365 and seeing if it suits you. Hope that helps!
Thanks for the video :) would it be possible to share the list of clubs in Barcelona and Malaga that you found ? I would like to do the same experience that you did
Hi! Great video! How did you find the trainings in English? I contacted a couple of places and they propose me 1 hour training in the price range from 60-90 eur per hour that seems too expensive
Hi - thanks v much! That might be because you're only doing private lessons, if you train with more people usually the price will be less. You can always ask if the coach speaks English. I've never struggled too much when communicating with coaches in Spain, although it varies.
My only recommendation would be to stay in Málaga. I used to live close to Inacua and I trained there for years but I had to move to Barcelona. If a match in playtomic there is around 4-6 € here is 12-15€, you can imagine how expensive is training with a coach. Same in Madrid. But you should stay just for the weather and the people, best in Europe for sure.
@@Padelacticowill do - i'm a former college tennis player, thinking about my next journey as an athlete and have been enjoying padel in the usa but i'm already beating most of the competition where i play, so thinking about taking the plunge
Guys hello, i am new padel player and i bought the nox at10 pro cup coorp genius, my racket is brand new i played only 3 games with it, i want to ask something and explain me if is normal or not, when i put a little bit pressure on the racket with my fingers i feel the racket start squeezing, not at middle of the racket but more at the edge, is this normal? Thank you

Sure, we used AirBnB for our stay instead of a hotel.
It's fun to watch other people progressing and people finding out about padel and becoming totally hooked.
Great behind the scenes! Looking for your upcoming short films, keep up the good work!
Good luck, have fun and definitely keep recording! Vamos.

Thanksss!
Nice work 👌🏻
Thanks so much!!!!
Since you are in Valencia, you could check out the sportcity tournament on sundays, 6 one set matches in a day
👀👀

Yup we love Malaga !
I paid 70€ for 1 hour with coach in Germany, thats really expensive
Great Video! Could you tell us about accommodation? I think this is the most expensive part of the trip!
We used AirBnB this time. It can be expensive yes, but you do get quite big discounts often for longer trips.
Tennis player from the united states here. Im thinking about taking a journey like this.
Would you consider doing something like this again?
Maybe! Watch out for our next video 👀…

Nope I’ve never played there actually. Is it good ?

Hey! Not sure exactly what you mean, but I think your racket should be comfortable.

If you come to madrid we can play a match!!
Sounds good :)
So much cheaper for coaching than the UK, a one hour session at my local club is £80 at the cheapest :/
Yup. Prices in the UK are defo high! But hopefully it will become more accessible in time :)
