lol, allow me to help you, I made a "relo" from the Midwest....most as myself, from the Midwest, would enjoy Daphne, there is traffic, and some crime on the north side, but great shopping, restaurants, etc., "Foley" is ghetto, drive the side streets outside of downtown, it's ghetto, heading south to the beach where there is "new" housing is where most choose, basically "want to be" Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, both of which are very nice. Fairhope is Utopia for many, it's awesome (but expensive), I resided here followed by a move to Gulf Shores..."Foley" has serious issue, the Methodist Church, United Methodist, the lead pastor, Pastor Bill Curtin is a criminal, sex crimes, prostitution, young girls, there's a reason the clergy placed him in "Foley"...

As noted, made the "relo", Fairhope is awesome, but expensive, Foley is ghetto, yes strip malls, the amusement, park, but cruise the side streets, it's ugly....the school system, teachers reside outside of the area, and the creep pastor they attempted to "hide", Bill Curtin...law enforcement has the knowledge.
