Using a steam mop could destroy your beautiful floor over time. They’re great for tiles but not recommended for wood.
I was wondering that when she was doing it...is it not just on laminate flooring? Have always wondered this. Can't remember if Estee has laminate.
MJGOLDHEART it’s bad for wood floors too. Once in a blue moon might be ok but regular steaming will damage wood. It makes it expand and warp.

Most of your plants should only be watered around once a week! The bird of paradise and the fiddle leaf fig can go around once a week, but a good old drink at that point.
Be careful with your succulents, too much water can be an issue with them

This is extremely disappointing. It is NOT okay to advertise a company based entirely on unsubstantiated claims to your young impressionable viewers.
She didn't promote GOOP, she said she was not paid to go or to cover it, she went out of curiosity. Not sure why GOOP is so maligned. It just curates a lively cross section of already existing agency. You can take it or leave it. It's not aimed at teenagers...

Estee! Help a girl out. Are your floors real wood or laminate or LVT? I'm having a nightmare trying to decide. How is it holding up?
LVT is long lasting scuff and water proof. U can use a steam cleaner and get any colour you like. Laminate doesn't last and wood is expensive.
steam cleaning can damage hardwood floors..(not sure if yours is hardwood?)

Have you thought about a standing/sitting desk ? I’m also looking for a new desk myself and as a teacher, I like being able to work standing when I have a lot of admin stuff as I have to go through a lot of paper around my office. Love from France.
I'm been watching you for so long and have been with you for so many ups and downs but goop is where I've really lost respect for you. Goop is so scientifically unsound and have been called out by so many credible doctors, scientists etc... The experts even medical ones that goop has on their team are not endorsed by their peers at all. Some of goop's advice can even be bad for you! No one needs a vaginal steam! If you're interested in scientific review of goop's advice please look up Dr. Gunter a Canadian doctor.

Thank you for this vlog Estée. I would like to know more about Goop and your opinion on whatever Goop is and is not. I’m actually subscribed to their USA newsletter, and I still have trouble working out what the go really is with them. Meh, I’m Australian, and the prices are absolutely outrageous when converted to $AUS so I won’t be partaking anytime soon, even if I had any idea of what to partake in. Your home is coming along well, and I’m so pleased that you and the monkeys saw the light... I really enjoy this side of you and it was lovely just to hang around with you doing your stuff.
It's a company that tries to guilt women into steaming their vaginas and inserting jade eggs into our "yonis". You can get the same advice from other internet scharlatans without having to spend hundreds of dollars.
