It feels silly posting a comment about a stranger on the internet's bed, but I think the issue lies in consumerism and the need to constantly replace items as if everything is expendable and disposable. It sounds dramatic, but think of the supplies/materials needed to create the bed and all of the pollution that goes into transporting the materials and finished product. I'm not saying to sleep on a pile of hay, but just think it's significant that we all try to be a bit more mindful in our consumption! :-)

@@xFluorescent94 Thanks! Agreed. While it's great to support people, I also think it's beneficial to pose a challenge (when reasonable obviously) to get people thinking about their habits.

Wow you just kind of blew my mind. I never thought of being creative as being vulnerable- it makes sense but I never thought of it. And I've been feeling recently that I need to work on being more vulnerable and get back to being creative. I never thought about those going hand in hand. Ok wow - thank you!

I think a tapestry would be really cool and made it feel homely and cosy since it would introduce more fabric into the bedroom

I'll never forget your video from several years ago where you dipped citrus fruits in paint. I never tried it, but it was SO cute and I loved it so much! I'm so glad to hear you're interested in getting creative again, cuz you know you've got good taste. about the BED! i totally get it! i'm someone who holds alot of feelings / emotions in my surroundings and i often need to change them around/ get new pieces. its totally fine that this is what Estee wants to do, the bed might have gone to someone who will be so happy to have it. i wanted to say Estee watching your video id love to be stuck at home inside your flat! that sunlight!! and the balcony! ugh! maybe find new spots in your home to sit/relax/work and fall in love with your space :)

I was feeling creatively blocked for at least a year or so. I felt so busy and so caught up in life that I didn’t take any time to do anything I enjoyed (like painting, drawing, embroidering, sewing) and since having to stay home from work, I’ve gotten into watercolor and I love it. I feel so much better mentally!

It’s been awhile since I’ve checked on my UA-cam channels, but I just had to tell you that watching this video was a breath of fresh air! Estée, ignore the haters! I recently flooded my flat and my bedroom carpet had to be cleaned. So my side table had to go for while and I had the Best night of sleep ever! I don’t know what it is, but I totally believe in bedroom furniture being hugely important for sleep x

i love your new bed! just a tip, you could get a big, beautiful painting or poster to put over you bed instead of the headboard. it will definitely give the same effect, although you could chose something that meant a little more to you than just a wooden headboard. Just an idea

I love cross stitching! I started crafting with the rug thingy, where you use yarn and a grid. Then I cross stitched for years till I started crocheting 20 years ago.

Oh man that omelette looks good, all my home meals are like that now - just a bunch of stuff in a pan with tofu or eggs and I call it a ‘scramble’ it’s the best. I put in beans, broccoli, kale tomatoes... pretty much anything. I love your new bed. I like a quiet, serene sleeping space.

(As I’m drinking a Chilean sauv blanc)...Trying to find the balance between not drinking as a routine but also being easy on myself as a 25 year old female that lives by herself in the first quarantine of our lives. We’re all just doing our best. Also, not that you asked, but your peace lily that you have by the window would be a lot happier in a darker spot 🙂 love the videos and seeing you feeling the same exact way I’m feeling makes me feel less alone.
The new bed looks great! And I had a little browse on Choosing Keeping's website and instagram, and wow their stuff is so beautiful! International online shopping is a no-go for me right now with the exchange rates not being in my favor, but I'm definitely visiting their shop next time I'm in London - hopefully soon!

18 months after I bought my couch I spiritually needed to buy a different couch, and happily donated the first one which was surely a great find for someone in need. And I know what I want in life - a nice couch I love 😂
