pathology may not be the easiest pathway . Some of my friends migrated here as "anatomical pathologist " . They were forensic medicine specialists in Sri Lanka .. best would be to start afresh here and decide whether you could join the pathology training here .. pathology , radiology are areas where lot private providers /companies supply services in Australia
