I would love a “one brand” rundown, especially of mainstream drugstore brands (Maybelline, L’Oreal, Revlon, etc.) The pandemic (and working from home for 22 months!) has totally changed my relationship with makeup - if I can’t grab it easily from CVS or Target, I’m not interested (and yes, I know Ulta is in Target now, but you know what I mean 😝).
"If you are a real person" YES! We love Tati for so many reasons, this being one of them. She acknowledges that we're *real* people with *real* skin, pores, and wrinkles.

If I’m going to take anybody’s word or advice on what and what not to spend my money on when it comes to makeup, you know it’s going to be yours - and I know others will agree with me when I say that! You don’t bullshit anything, you’re honest and transparent, and you know what you’re talking about when it comes to makeup! You’ve been in this community and industry/overall game for YEARS now. Please consider executing this idea!

I hope she doesn’t go all in on the clean makeup because that term isn’t regulated and really doesn’t mean much. However going clean on your household items and your food is a great idea! 😀

That is an absolute YES from getting full brand run downs. Especially for brands that large ranges are highly accessible like the ones you've suggested because I think most of us buy these mainstream brands. Would love you to try to do a 'full face' on the brands in the same video too. It would make a very good series. And the kicker...at the end of it - give away the make up from that brand to a viewer. Yes, I would use make up you've touched - its not that gross and I've touched worse. lol.
Just watch out for the green washing in “clean” beauty/skincare products. A lot of what’s labeled as “toxic” is not actually toxic. There are also no official industry standards or oversight with “clean” beauty. There are a lot of excellent products in the clean beauty realm, though.

Exactly! There’s really no regulation. And Sephora and Ulta don’t have the same standards either. Clean at Sephora isn’t clean at Ulta and vice Versa.
So agree. ‘Clean’ beauty is a marketing ploy and means nothing - even though, as you say, there are some great products in the clean realm.
Yes, please do the one brand break down! At 55 and only recently starting to wear makeup again, after 20 years, it would be very helpful. I hope that this Christmas was better than last year!

Same here. She is the only one I watch on a regular basis everyone else I watch only if I‘m looking for a specific product.
I can understand wanting to consume more “clean” food and even cleaning products, but “clean” makeup is absolutely a marketing tactic with no scientific backing. They know fear sells, people will fall for it, and they will pay the extra price point.
There is scientific backing though? The EU doesn’t use a bunch of ingredients due to them being bad for human health, but the US doesn’t ban them? Just confused that you’d say there’s no science when there definitely is? Like greenwashing is a real thing, but clean products that aren’t toxic are also real?

You've always been great about what's worth it and what isn't, and I appreciate the trust factor.
Omorovicza is quite simple to pronounce, the cz is just a ts sound like in 'cats'. But it's actually an exploitative business owned by not hungarians, that overcharges insanely for miniscule traces of thermal water in their products. It's a huge scam, and by purchasing you aren't even supporting a Hungarian-owned business. I would recommend a million other brands over this one.

I have tried A LOT of self tanners and now I swear by Coco and Eve’s ultra dark mousse. It doesn’t streak, it’s anti-aging and blurs imperfections… and it smells like mango! 💕🥰
I really love ordering online, so I'd like to see a "best at sephora", "best at ulta" .... kind of series 🥰 would really help, since I'm currently not going anywhere 😭 to know what's best at one place would really help me to reduce shipping costs and stuff :)
Honestly, going down the rabbit hole of skincare and makeup ingredients is definitely not fun, but it's changed my skin for the better in a way I never thought possible! It's a lot of work at first but once you get good enough you can read the back of a skincare product and actually determine if it'll work (for you or in general) or not.
A lot of us love “dislike videos” because they come across as a little more authentic than some others-simply because at the end of the day, social media influencers are often advertisers, and are experts at selling a product. All the “I love this this and this” videos are hard to discern because sometimes it just feels like the person likes and sells everything. These kinds of videos are more critical and point out what to look for in purchasing products. I would love a video set up talking about disliked products in comparison to ones that are enjoyed and why and how.
Being harsher on products is ok. It keeps the collection smaller.
I just love how pure and honest you are Tati. The fact you get uncomfortable saying the slightest negative thing about a product, speaks volumes on the type of person you are. And I love the 2022 inspiration part at the end! Your energy is everything!!!!

I find worst makeup videos way more helpful than best make-up!!
I already know what brands/formulas/products work for me. There's a ton of things where I don't even need to read a review because I can trust that the product will be good (eg: Lancome mascaras, Loreal base products) so having that extra guidance as to what NOTS good is super helpful
Your "best/worst of" videos at the end of the year are something I seriously look forward to every year and it was SO MISSED last year!! So glad to have you back!! YES, pretty please do the dedicated videos per brand. Love this idea and trust your opinions more than any others in the beauty community.

I absolutely LOVE fails videos! They are my all time favourite videos to watch, as I find then really interesting & also super helpful. Not enough people talk about the negatives of a product, so I love influencers that do. Please continue with these Tati. Also, I don’t do Instagram, so please can you do the series you mentioned on each brand here on UA-cam. I would love to hear the best (& also the very worst) products from each brand.
Really love these products that do not work for me videos. I like how you’re picky with your makeup, makes product review legitimate and really help me pass on those products when I’m looking for something for myself. Definitely would love a one brand videos, especially the drugstore brands.

Throughout the pandemic I have not been repurchasing or replacing products as they have gone bad/been used up. Whenever I search for items for myself, family or friends I always ask myself "what does tati think?" because 9 times out of 10, your recommendations work for me (and so I pass them along to others too). There were tons of products this year that launched, and without your feedback on some of them, I had a hard time committing. I think negative, as well as positive reviews are always helpful. The market is FILLED with tons of makeup and beauty products. If someone doesn't keep them in check, companies would get away with robbing us blind ( coughs, valentino). So thank you soooo much for all you do, all you try, because it helps me avoid products that I could potentially waste money on!
I would love to see your “simple products” review! I have severe rosacea and have been cutting out “bad products” for the last few months and come to the realization that most things have way too many ingredients that are unnecessary and irritating. I have a hard time trying multiple things because it breaks me out and makes it hard to narrow things down so I would love to see your opinions on things you find. So glad to have you back 💕😘

Reviews and tutorials are always so helpful. By brand breakdowns in drugstore and luxury are a great way to go. No matter what a product costs, if it doesn’t work, that’s good to know.
