Bravo! Very nice cover! I especially loved that solo. Sounded pretty close to the record for playing it on a guitar. I'm fairly certain Richard Wright recorded that solo on the keyboards. 👍🤘🤘 I also really dig how your guitar changes colors and instantly transforms from a strat to a Les Paul while you play. I've never owned a guitar that does that.
Fun fact: the rhythm guitar riff on this song was played on a Fender Baritone IV _six-string _*_bass guitar_* by David Gilmour on the original 1979 studio album recording of the song on the album “The Wall”, yet I find it disappointing that seemingly no cover of this song on that instrument exists on UA-cam. That being said, I definitely did find your cover on that song to be enjoyable and well-done, and I do hope that if you and/or any other cover musician on UA-cam have the time (and, if necessary, money), you and/or any one of them could record a cover video playing the guitar parts of this song with that particular instrument-the Fender Baritone IV six-string bass (like Gilmour originally did)-with the original guitar effects and equipment that were used, as well.
As for all of the actual bass parts on this song, those were actually played/recorded by Roger Waters on his standard Fender Percussion Bass (allegedly) on the original album recording. This is especially interesting for me, because for a long time, when looking at the personnel section on the Wikipedia page of this song, I had long saw that Gilmour was the one playing bass on this song, and not Waters. Because of that, I believed that Waters didn’t play any bass parts until I saw the article again recently, where it showed that Waters played bass on this song, and the reason why it showed (and when I last checked, still shows) Gilmour as playing bass is because they were referring to the rhythm guitar parts that he played on the IV six-string bass guitar. Fascinating, ain’t it?
Hope you see This Thomas75s. I'm planning to buy an electric guitar soon and stumbled upon a 3 single coil guitar and a HSS (hum, sing sing) coil guitar, and was wondering which should i get if i want to play songs like ACDC, alil bit of Hendrix, and pop-rock bands?
This song sounds like Gilmour got his first delay pedal in the morning, and noodled around all day, and this was result. Waters said "Yeah, I can do something with that"... next day, Run like Hell... well, in my mind thats how it went...
Finally the old UA-cam is back

what's your signal chain? I assume electric mistress, long with the delay and overdrive. Any compression?
Number one brasil😁
Sounds great brother what delay did you use?
Where did you get the backing track ? Sounds Nice
I guess search for Run like hell drums only

You´re right. It´s added now. Have a nice Weekend
@@Thomas75s thanks buddy
The opening riff makese feel like I am watching a total gym infomercial lol
could you do a lesson on this you play it perfectly

Hey Eddy.
AC/DC is best played with humbuckers. Hendrix is best with single coil. So i think you should go for the HSS guitar 😀🤘
Awesome cover, could you give me something of your rig? It sounds good, American strat? Amp? Which delay pedal you usin? Keep jammin
Can you do Big Log by Robert Plant
What pedals are you using?
How do you get your guitar so shiny? I polish mine but it doesn't look like that haha
It's like welding , or painting, isn't it? 10 years to learn that?
wait for 100 000 subscribers!
Fuck yea
Flanger instead of phaser sounds good
im pretty sure david used a chorus on this track tho

Could you please play “I wish you were here”?
I have done a cover of that one: ua-cam.com/video/06Cy3uQ3jXA/v-deo.html
Didn’t recognize you without the Les Paul
Great!
