    Hi!!
Thank you for sharing this great idea. Just 2 questions:
    1. With this device, can the fumes goes up the console or all of them enter in the device?
    2. Do you have an air filter connected to your fan or the fumes goes directly out your workshop?

Do you have a link for the stand-offs? I am waiting on my first laser, an OMTech 100w and I’m preparing what I can before it arrives. I like your stand-off set-up.

I believe it's 16 gauge. I had a friend cut it and put a bend in it to keep it level.

@@DabooDesigns thank you, I saw on the 100w machine the air outlet is on the side and not on the back, have to see if it still works somehow 😅

I got the 50 watt version and wonder if this would work for my machine. Probably not since I have a smaller cutting surface...

I have never liked the lack of proper air extraction design.
Are you using a extraction filter or sending fumes outside?
    Cfm?

I do not currently have a filter installed. My exhaust fan is 390CFM.

I think in this form air is drawn out NOT evenly. In right and left sides air go out less then from center.

While that is likely true, I get excellent airflow end to end. The more controlled flow make a huge difference.
