That means I have 1,2 kg of your spices in my cupboard. 🙈 I feel like the queen of spices: Now I have enough to share with my friends and loved ones on their birthdays etc. What joy you bring to our lives🤭. Hello Fatima, I hope that you have been keeping well. Just a question - must the seafood mix be defrosted? My seafood dishes always come out soggy so I hardly make it. I have 2 pkts of seafood mix which I got from your visfabriek....drove all the way from EL to CT for visfabriek. I don't fancy the mushy taste of the calamari. Some tips will be very helpful. Thanks a lot Fatima. 🙏
Hi, im no professional but will share what works for me, I allow seafood to defrost over a few hours in a strainer, i dont leave it in the packet or else it just ends up sitting in water.. once defrosted, i then layer a few paper towels and i let the seafood sit on that to drain out any extra moisture
