    WORKOUT:
    Glute activation - 10 minutes
    1. Barbell hip thrusts - 4x8,8,5,5 reps
    2. Knee banded hip thrusts - 30s 30s off x3
    3. Sumo RDLs - 4x10 reps
    4. Dumbbell deficit reverse lunge - 4x8 reps
    5. Cable kickback into lateral band walk - 3x12/20 reps

    Do this for max (booty) gains:
    • Consistent workout routine
    • Progressive overload
    • (Glute Activation)
    • Eat enough (optional: calorie surplus or at least maintenance calories)
    • Nourish your body & drink enough
    • Rest & sleep well (muscles grow when resting, not while working out!!!)

    You are awesome :D For more glutes you should have a more narrow stance when doing RDL, and for eeextra ROM and more glutes, you can stand on a plate (or something). :)

    When you do your hip thrusts - is it better to tap the bar off the ground or keep tension?

      If you’re struggling with a barbell try with just a weight plate rested above the hips, I find it much more comfortable too

    Can you tell me what patch is on your shoulder? Is it for an injury? I had a injury to my shoulder and trapezius and I have so much discomfort holding bar on my traps even with a pad and I have been looking for some pain comfort during my workout.. 💁

    I’m doing your workout now and on the sumo RDLs my knees are caving in. I even went lighter on weight.. Any tips?😬

      try this: grip the floor with your toes ever so slightly, then gently push your knees outwards, go slow and make sure your knees are tracking in line with your feet.

      Many options: build up glutes with isolation/band exercises build up your gluteus medius muscles. Use kettlebell light weights and gradually build yourself up. Cheers

      lower loads call for higher reps! i would recommend 15-20

    I do glute exercises for almost 1 month....it doesn't brun anymore....does it mean I'm doing it wrong?

      A month is not enough to build a huge amount of muscle, it’s takes patience and consistency, if your following everything that she mentioned then your on the right track you just have to be patient, it can take you up to a year or two even more depending on your genetics but it’s possible, don’t give up:)

      @@amberlindsey5662 what’s normal? Lol purely subjective and all depends on so many factors. I used to do 90, but after being sick and losing 15lbs unintentionally, I had to start at 40, and now I’m at 60. Comparison is a big thief of joy, just remember our beginning shouldn’t be compared to someone else’s highlight reel or pro levels status 😉 just keep doing you, do your best and keep learning. I’m so thankful I CAN move at all, ya know?

    Another UA-camr doing the same exercises. Do you guys focus on anything else but your ass? Does it raise your self-value? Working out being strong and healthy is important but the obsession with a booty is ridiculous.
