What are my common failures and successes? Areas of interest? What's it like for me to be drilling in various positions? Eg mount escape, playing open guard, maintaining side control etc. Live training videos to see correlations. Start focusing on needs you've exposed. After assessment of focus, what needs to be developed? Eg open guard to guard retention. Drill that realm.
Good stuff! At some point, I began to work a similar structure into my training and it has been rocket fuel! It really takes a lot of attention to detail and honesty as to where your skills are (or aren’t), but the return on investment is well worth it
Oh man this is awesome just got my blue belt, and definitely need the help I definitely will start making my list where the blue belt test sheet should be the first to hone down but keep in mind of finding unity on technics I think if I could start on my takedown, next attack or defense ect Meaning a flow chart This might also work for me What is your opinion? ( the couch or anyone who has input )
I believe you are on the right track by starting to log everything. The more ways you track, the more ways you win. I believe you also have massive success inside my program if you have an interest. You can schedule an appointment to chat here www.chasenhill.com/f/blueprint

Oh my goodness. Just saw my nogi match at grappling x over the weekend, super hard to watch 😖 If I were to go this route you're suggesting I'd much prefer the average lower intensity day-to-day rolling to analyze 😅
Hello, thanks for inquiring 😊 The program is invite-only after an interview is conducted. I have too many requests to work with everyone. I'm only interested in working with students who really want to get after it. The interview is 100% free. Just need to schedule a time. If you are interested, I encourage to take the next steps www.chasenhill.com/f/blueprint
How long ? For blue belt who grows properly into his blue, its not how long, its till white belts wont have anything to do with him cause he'll be miles aways better than 95% of em.
@@ChasenHill Many ask how long it takes from belt to another belt. I dont think its a question of time, right ? If the blue gets it right, then his he not ready for his purple belt ? Thats my question.
What have you done to get better?
Recently moved to the adult class with all the blue belts. I'm 15 and its really pushing me but I am making big progress
I recently moved to the kids class, I’m 37. I’m crushing right now!

You know the process 🤗

I believe analyzing day to day training is the most valuable for a developing student.
Wonder how much this personal program would cost, thanks

Is this a question? I'm not sure I fully understand.
