In all seriousness though, I'd love to be in Rob's shoes. It would be amazing to be new to the hobby again, having all that excitement and trepidation of learning to build and paint your minis for the first time.
Look, they set me up to paint the necron warrior starter kit at home and I was too nervous to touch it haha Now im too nervous to bring them to TTT to be critiqued :D
The hobby is just nerves at this point, loving it :D
@@kazilik1 I admire your bravery, most people got into the hobby privately, with maybe a few friends and a few people at their local store to see their stuff. You're doing on UA-cam! But the advice that I always give to my viewers is to not compare your work against others too much as they may have years of experience over you. These videos will be good for you to look back on in the future and track your progress through the hobby. Good luck and I look forward to seeing how they turn out!

Great video! I use tamiya ultra thin cement to assemble my warhammer models. Dry fit the model and dab some on the joint. I'm sure you guys already know this but yeah thought I'd share

I started Necrons last edition, also went with blue weapon. Finding blue rods was a total pain. Can not lie, it's nice that the new models don't use those bloody rods.

Seriously though, these look insane! That's incredibly impressive to get that many minis done in that time! I've never done anything regarding minis yet either - so that looks daunting. Rob did an amazing job with that :D
