0.6 quarts is just over half a normal quart bottle of oil. Most bottles have that spot on the side where you can see how much oil you've poured. I bought this same model in May of 2018 and just got it out again today for the first time this year. Fired right up on the first crank. Make sure you use a fuel stabilizer over the Winter months and don't forget to flush the pump out with a lubricant/anti-freeze before you store it away so your pump doesn't freeze and burst over the Winter. Also, when you fire it up don't let it sit very long idling as the water flowing through the pump is what keeps the pump from overheating. You can idle it, but pull the trigger on the wand so that the water can keep the pump cool.
