The dressing may be changed up to two times daily in the initial phase or with highly infected wounds or a wound producing large amounts of exudate.
Moistening the dressing with Saline will assist removal from the wound. The use of Inadine dressing may be continued for as long as signs of infection or particular threat of infection of the wound area are present. If infection recurs the use of Inadine dressing can be resumed and continued at any time.

It won't hurt to leave it on for 2 or 3 days,it really depend on your wound.It will stick to wound if you left it on longer
