@@shanea9613 FYI I had the fridge cooled with food and drink the evening before using the power socket in the garage. Used my vehicle to keep the fridge powered while traveling to and from the beach. When I was parked at the beach, I used the battery pack for 6.5 hours straight and it didn’t drop one bar on the battery👍
@fpvmedia6255 thanks. I usually cool it down before use so should be the same result for me. I wonder if I can charge it via the socket while on the move and run the fridge too. I'll find out Australia Day weekend.
@@vinmon1234 i figured this out thanks for replying!. mini anderson and DC can both safely handle anything up to 25V (the input will limit it to 5amps.) currently using a 160W solar panel and it charges in 4.5 hours
you can use any solar panel as long as it is less than 25V. the built in MMPT limits it to 5amps inpit so its completely safe even with a 250W panel. keep in mind this only works on the DC and mini anderson, do not try to use the large anderson inout or you will fry the battery.
Neat, especially DC output and solar input. Lacks USB power output and it's not being long lasting batteries. Would buy this if usb c output has decent wattage and higher recharging cycle. Neat nonetheless for DC output.
What is the FASTEST way to recharge? - Mini Anderson, or USB-C or 5mm DC round?. Yes Solar only. And what is the best Victron MPPT, considering the max input is 100W????
I believe that even though they don’t state it, you can also input through the cig’s and Anderson. That being said my victron 15amp 240v charger with the Anderson end on it should theoretically charge it within 2.5hrs
it is a "mini" anderson. you can get adapters from 30 to 45 AH.....But what I have "read" is that USB-C is the most powerful input. I just got my 36AH battery today!
@@vinmon1234 * does. Also Andy - an average fridge of 60lt uses between 1.5 to 4 amps/hr.....So there is WAYYYYY more to it that what you are asking mate!. And WTF do you mean a 36 "wat" fridge - makes absolutely no sense cobber!
We ran the Engel 38l , for 30 hours, the water pump for showering and still had a little bit left Only thing we couldn’t get to work was the solar input through the mini Andersen port
I’m going to try this with my 55L kings fridge. Hoping if I cool the esky the evening before, I can get at least 8-10 hours on the battery pack
How did you go with it
@ I ran the portable battery pack for 6.5 hours straight at the beach. The battery pack did not drop 1 bar. I’m honestly impressed
@fpvmedia6255 talked me into it. Cheers.

Using my 100W PD USB-C charging cable from AC - I am getting between 90-96W input.
Thanks mate
Did you have to put the solar through a controller?
Safe to have a 100W solar panel directly into this?
Yes through the mini anderson plug

thanks mate for the vid ,just curios can charge the power pack with a solar blanket ?
Yes it charges faster

2 fast pushes on the button gives a yellow light to not attract bugs
It has pass through changing i discovered through the 12v cigarette socket
It's possible on the other 24ah model
Does that mean 2 or more INPUT charging????

usb c out is 100w watt I believe

Looks like the solar import is a new upgrade . It’s not on their website or instructions manual

How many milliamp hours? Also, does it have pass thru charging?
They have 3 models 12ah 24ah & 36ah pass thru is possible through cig socket but not recommended it can fry battery
if hat battery runs a 36 wat fridge for 36 hours, i will eat my hat!
Well eat your hat because it dose
