What is the RPM of your polishing wheel (flat lap)? It looks so much higher than what I use. Also, how do you remove cerium oxide from small cracks? Thanks!

I don’t know exactly the RPM but I know it’s high than what I want. However, as long as you don’t overheat the stone by pressing too hard or staying too long, it works fine. To remove the cerium oxide from small cracks you can use a toothbrush with soap and water….Thanks for watching my videos.

Elie, Thank you so much for these videos. Could you possibly provide one for us on building a machine and set up like yours, and also maybe sell plans to us with a punch list? I am so frustrated with my equipment for various reasons, and there doesn't seem to be anything like yours on the market. Sherry

Hi Sherry, thank you for watching my videos, with regards to building the machines I think the best way is to take one apart and show how I built it, as an engineer it’s easy for me to design and build my own machines, I already made a video explaining how I built my 18” saw and I’m planning to make another video on building a 20 ton press...as I understand you probably need to know about the cab grinding machine and the polisher, I will do my best to show both but it may take sometime, meanwhile if you have any questions or you need any information, please don’t hesitate to ask, you can also send me a PM on messenger or email me at eg.therockman@gmail.com thanks, Elie

@@ElieGhanimeEG Hi Elie, I would love to see a video like that. I have a very old Highland Park combo unit that I took apart and am having difficulty getting back together. Seeing your trim saw video helped a lot regarding converting it to water, perhaps (?). In any case, I also have a Genie, and I noticed that using dirty water is not helping. I like the 8" wheel design that you have with fresh water. I was thinking about a covington, but I might be more interested in replicating your setup. With respect to your polishing bowl, did you make that too? Sherry

Hi Sherry, like I mentioned before I will take my machine apart and show how it’s built in a video. The polishing machine I also build it myself and I will show that as well.
