Boocaneers are scary
All strategies get the same time as long as balloons die the moment they spawn.
The 220 sniper, the merchantman boat, the cash drop sniper spam for DPS... So many unusual / cursed towers that somehow work together well enough to get the WR.

Fun fact: the 5-2-0 Apache can solo the BAD on some maps
I mean, a lot of things can solo the bad on some maps. Apache prime does really well at single target dps but struggles with ddts.
Are you dumb why are you going for 5-2-0 when 5-0-2 has more attack speed.

@@Amy-dq2lg just use a reader scanner, that extra attack speed is worth the extra money for a village. However if villages are restricted, 5-2-0 Heli would be best if there are camos

There's a knowledge upgrade for Sub Commander that allows it to buff ALL subs on the map
Heli and subs are probably my two favorite towers in the game, both are so good

I’m telling you now, for Inferno it’s quicker to just get 0-2-4 snipers over and over, some set to last if you have the monkey knowledge. They take care of everything very quickly.
apache is stil better, and if u set 0_2_4 snipers on last, the shrapnels wont make the most dmg and on last the snipers dont care on rounds like 63, 78 or 79 whem bloons go to the end of the track
that + alch buff cause they don’t take care of leads

Pro tip for placing towers (with drag and drop): If you release left click while the tower radius is red (you can't place it there), you can click and hold again on a part of the screen *near* the tower to move the tower much slower, allowing you to get more accurate placements.

It’s actually the advantage of the bank, you don’t have to collect it immediately
thought you would be speed running the race modes, where its all about going fast

I actually did the math/experimentation, it's more economic when getting Marketplace Farms to get the Marketplace upgrade before either of the Valuable Banana upgrades.
@Captain Toad I was more referring to the second map, but that is a good point. I haven't checked the math since the Bank nerf, but it's probably close. But markets is better for speedrunning, that's just for sure.

an interesting idea for a speedrun in this game I thought of (which if its been done before let me know and Ill just go watch that vid) would be speedrunning getting a black border for a map. would def be a pretty long run but i think it would be interesting to see what strat you come up with haha

nah the triggering shit is Flooded Valley with a 99% sub and Brickell strat where you never use Naval Tactics

My usual start is Tack or Sniper in early round, Mortar and Bombs in mid-level and Helis or Planes at the end-game
Top path helicopter is too powerful. I basically solod to round sixty-something with 4th tier, then round 100 with 5th tier and minor buffs
It's pretty balanced for the price and I struggles with I density balloon clusters in late game as well as being subpar on multiplane maps.
I’m pretty sure Eazy could speed run just about anything. (Splatoon 2 would be a pretty cool speed run. Not sure exactly WHAT you would speed run but still)
For a Splatoon 2 speed run it’d either involve the story mode, ranked battles, or salmon run
Dude splatoon 2 literally has an entire story mode and a story expansion

U should do race mode, it’s perfect for speed runners as you can actually change the time significantly
The problem with race mode is that it’s a short-time event, which means you only have (I think) a couple days to beat the time on that map with those specific rules. It’s also a game mode that requires tickets, which cost monkey money or can be collected every 50th day from the daily drops. It’s just not a very speedrunnable category.

If you let go of something somewhere you cant place it, and then pick it up again via the circle around it you get way more accurate placement
