Awesome video! I have a question - Is it possible to get higher pureness on children than what parents have? For example : breed 2 axies around 90% pureness and get children with 90+% pureness? Or will the pureness just go down with more breeding?
It is most certainly possible to have the children come out with higher pureness than the parents. I won't say it's very common but it happens because there are mutations and also the fact that the recessive genes from both parents can take over previously unpure genes.
