Let me give you some info on this incredible trio and event:
• Igor is there as an overall lead because the event is built for him: this is his birthday event that he organized with all his favorite artists, the ones that he is used to collaborate with and the songs he has composed
• This is not the first time that Lara sings this song (composed by Igor) in trio but the third time: she performed in the original version with Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Alina Yaroyava then again later with Dmitriy and Sumi Jo, before this new trio with Dimash and Aida. The song was composed from day one with her voice in mind. She has been collaborating with Igor for more than 10 years and he has told from her that she is “the best singer and the best songwriter he has ever worked with”
• This also explains why the song does not exposes more of Dimash’s upper register: it was written for the late Dmitri who was a pure baryton.
• Lara was very very sick that day, with fever and strong medication but she is skilled enough to have made it unnoticeable
• Also, like Dimash, and even if the song was composed that way with her in mind, Lara does not sing in her real « comfort zone »: she is, as Aida, a lyrical soprano but here she plays the role in the trio of a mezzo-soprano and takes the median register. It requires a lot of voice control to not interfere with Aida’s high note and does not allow her to really shine. She gives room to Aida to do it instead and Aida uses this magnificently.
• It was the first time Dimash met his idol Lara (he is a fan since he is a child and he covered several of her songs such as Adagio, Love of Tired Swans, Mademoiselle Hyde, Know, …): look how quickly he turned to her, despite he has not finished his duo section with Aida 😂 And how he looks at her and hold her after it …
• Lara is the most comfortable in italian because it is her first native language even before french: her mother is italian and while born in Belgium she spent her first 5 years in sicilia before returning there. She also is married to a sicilian man
• Look how dimash slightly adapted his vibrato to better match Aida or Lara
• Also there is a debate about the final note, held for such a long time, with the conductor looking at Igor and Igor smiling: Did they make a prank to the singers by extending this last note? Or did the singers instead played with them? I personnally think this is more option 1 😀
• I forgot to add that Lara has been classically trained for more than 10 years at Brussels Royal Conservatory and still continues to receive voice lessons on a daily basis. And she has sung many times opera pieces or with opera singers.
• Final note to say that Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics of the song Your Love for Dimash
I am so glad that you supplied so much information on this, I was going to comment some of it but you are far more knowledgeable than I was one the background of the song. I personally love seeing Igor smile, he’s usually so intense but this performance was pure enjoyment and you can see that all over his face❤

Now imagine how Dimash must have felt being able to sing with his idol Lara Fabian and later Lara even wrote the lyrics for the song „Your Love“ which Igor Krutoy composed for Dimash. Your idol writing lyrics for you?! I would have freaked out of excitement.
When Lara first heard DIMASH sing her song "Adagio" she decided she wanted to do a duet with him. On his 24th birthday she did a video of her with a small one candle cake and sang happy birthday to DIMASH.
The man at the piano is Igor Krutoy. It was the show for his 65th birthday. He is also the composer of this song. He came out of (semi-)retirement in order to write for Dimash. He has written songs for Lara, too.
Dimash and Aida singing Ulisse while traveling over the ice on a mobile section of the stage with ice skaters dancing on projected stormy waves is also stunning and dramatic.
Lara is Dimash’s idol. And you should react to some of her oerformances starting with pieces from the concert From Lara with Love such as Adagio, Broken vow, Caruso, Perdere l’amore, and Je suis malade.

Hello, la première qui chante et aida ,la deuxième et lara fabian.
Dimash est incroyable exceptionnel il et le roi ,bah sache que lara et la reine.
Il faut que tu sache que lara fabian est l'idole de dimash ,dumash c'est inspirer de lara quand il était jeune ,lara donne la même émotion que dimash quand elle chante .lara est gonziderer comme la 4eme voix de tout les temps derrière celine dion, Mariah Carey et Whitney Houston, mes numéro 1 en terme d'émotion.
Elle a inspirer des artiste comme floor jansen, forestella ,Morissette amon et bien d'autres.

Lol. The piano player is Igor Krutoy, these performances were all for him. For his 65th birthday celebration. Which he celebrated all over the world, Dimash was at all of them. The Ukrainian/Russian composer Igor Krutoy has written A LOT of songs for Dimash or re-composed for him like Love is Like a Dream and Mademoiselle Hyde. He came out retirement after hearing Dimash sing in 2018. So Igor was definitely happy hearing his song being sung by 3 of the best singers out there.
FYI: Lara Fabian and Igor Krutoy wrote the lyrics to Mademoiselle Hyde. The music composition is by Igor.

Let me tell you that Lara was sick that week, the night before she told to Igor (The Master and her friend since 2005) that she would probably have to take a shot of morphine to get heal faster from pain and a strong sore troat. Dimash was present in that moment she told Igor, there's a vídeo of it... Then, Lara really took a shot of morphine minutes before that performance, she also performed more 4 songs at that concert, even though she was feeling very sick. Thank you for another reaction. 😊 Hugs.
Shea, in the vocal interchange note that Dimash does not sing over the others. During rehearsal Aida had to leave early and she smiled at Dimash encouraging him to sing her part since he is more than capable. Lara was recovering from the flu. Rather remarkable.

This was a rendition concert for Igor Krutoys 60th birthday. The ice scaters were national and Olympic masters. Aida is a well renowned Russian opera singer, belonging to the Top5 worldwide and is member (Prima Donna I think) of the Vienna Opera. Laura for her part is a superstar in her genre for more than 20 years. She is originally Belgian and emigrated to Canada. That was about 80% of her performance because she catched a cold in the rehearsels.
THe piano player is Ukrainian born Multi-Billionaire music mogul Igor Krutoy, who came out of retirement when first hearing DIMASH sing, just to collaborate with him. They are best friends and this music was performed at Igor's birthday party; and yes it is an amazing collaboration of singers , musicians and skaters.

Igor Krutoy is a wealthy, well known and famous Russian composer and songwriter. After hearing Dimash sing for the first time he came out of retirement in order to collaborate with Dimash.
He has composed and written songs for Dimash as well as arranging other music for him. When you see him at the piano you can be sure that he has had some involvement in the production of the music and performance.
Igor and Dimash enjoy a great professional partnership and thankfully have provided us with some of the most beautiful music.

Well done for complimenting the magnificent Skaters as well. A lot of Reactors ignore them! There's the famous Composer; Igor Krutoy on the Piano of course.
Here we get just a taste of Dimash, as he would have been full time, if he'd taken up the offer to become part of his countries National Opera Company, but, lucky for us! he chose to explore and create across EVERY genre of music, not just one.
Aida is well on her way to becoming one of the all time great, (if not the greatest! ) Soprano's internationally, and we can see/ hear why!
And the incomparable Lara! You haven't discovered Lara Fabian yet!? [ Check out her Broken Vow, Caruso, for starters! ] She was a great inspiration to Dimash during his earlier studies. I believe this is the first time they sang together which he was VERY thrilled about. In fact Lara turned up to this event unwell, and they were unsure at one point whether she would be able to sing at all. So she did an even MORE magnificent job! Apparently there was great hilarity in the rehearsal room when Aida commented; 'not to worry - because Dimash could sing all their parts easily!" True! But not at the same time. { Although... he's proved us wrong there too! Take a look at his recent Almaty Concert performance of his own composition; El Amore En Ti } 😆

What else we can say after this performance? It is absolutely beautiful , they are perfectly harmonized, their voices are astounding !! Aida Garifullina is the Prima Donna of the Viena State Opera.
