Awesome book that gives you step-by-step photos ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt and directions to make every day project. I can see myself making a few of these projects and giving them as housewarming and holiday gifts!
The time-lapse recaps are quickly becoming my favorite to watch. The stone & decking wall is a FANTASTIC feature. And... then to add lights also, Boom Shacka Lacka 💯💯💯 Hoping all is well guys, Dirty Jersey out!!
I always want it to learned to do all this type of jobs, but never had an opportunity. You guys did a great job!!!! Very unique, delicate and professional!!!!
Beautiful Deck, great job! Where's the flashing tape for the top of the framing? Pressure treated or not, the framing will rot before the lifespan of the top treads.
congratulations for the excellent work and also for how the video was made, may I know how much it costs to make a courtyard like this? thanks and good job
@THEpremieroutdoor ... its a beautiful stone. Not affiliated at all but check out El Dorado stone, they have phenomenal stone also. Thanks for the reply.
definitely has! I didn't think it would lead to more local leads, but it has, and people feel like they know us and the type of work we do way before we actually meet them
We use one of those round head attachments…it’s got a spinning head inside that cleans it really evenly…you can get a cheap one at lowes for like 20 bucks…it’s usually called a surface cleaner attachment
I have a curious question. I noticed at time slot 15:42 that you always seem to 45 your outside corners for stairs and seating but you never do the same for the inside corners. Can I ask why that is?
Just a guess, outside corners end grain would be visible if not 45. Also inside is easier to make "clean look" as 45 degree inside would in risk of open in the future.
@@maestro8986 I guess I could see what you are saying as far as that goes. I enjoy woodworking and have the habit of doing 45° angles across the entire board. Anytime I've worked on decks I've done the same thing.
Very nice to have done. Too bad everyone else takes the brunt of it. We just had major construction for 9 months on one side of us and one month later we had 2 months major construction on the other side of us. It has been living hell with noise. Not fair to neighbors at all. Rude to do large projects that last that long.
Wow I’d definitely enjoy that outside space 👍🏿

The quality of the work always looks amazing but your concept and designs always blow me away. I wish I had 1/2 the creativity and skill.

Gileee i mean amazing

Nice!! I'm looking to do something to my back yard soon. About how much was this build out?
congratulations for the excellent work and also for how the video was made, may I know how much it costs to make a courtyard like this? thanks and good job
Ficou 🤗🤗 Excelente 🌟🇧🇷🌟
Thank you!!
wow, this is truely stunning!!!!! Wonder if you guys do work in Michigan? This is beauitful!!!!!
just....just let them cook😮
In a hot days the stone will keep the warm. I would prefer to have grass and wood combination
nice backyard, would be nice if we know how much it cost.
may I know how much does it cost to make on like that? thx!
Where is the black stacked stone from? Amazing job!!!
On the wall? Its Adorn Stone!!
@THEpremieroutdoor ... its a beautiful stone. Not affiliated at all but check out El Dorado stone, they have phenomenal stone also. Thanks for the reply.
can you tell what's the size of this outdoor area and how much for this project?
Are those little lights solar or electric..
What's the company and location? Do you service Maryland? Total cost?
What software do you use to plan out your projects? This looks awesome!
Thanks a lot Brad! We use real-time landscape architect!
Wheres the bloopers !! Great build btw!
Nice job, but you should have wrapped the trusses and support member with waterproof tape..
Looks wonderful! Please don’t use solar lights! Have lights on a timer, night time is a wildlife environment!
We never use solar, always on a timer!
I'd hire y'all for a project in a heartbeat if you were in Austin, Tx!
Maybe one day my friend!
Do you guys have presence in NY Long Island
Looks good finished. A lot of double handling and downtime though
Has being on UA-cam helped your business grow? Or, is it it's own separate entity?
definitely has! I didn't think it would lead to more local leads, but it has, and people feel like they know us and the type of work we do way before we actually meet them
Do you ever do irrigation?
we try not to! We occasionally hit some lines and have to fix them but we try to get them all moved ahead of time
How much for this backyard???
What's the pipe your sticking in the ground called?
GoliathTech Helical Piles!
Man this is amazing, I wonder what’s the price for something like this.
Roughly 80k!
I prefer the before
okay!
How much they costs?
Idk how you guys move this fast
lots of energy drinks lol
😂😂😂
cost?
Are you close enough to Maryland? How can we get a consultation?
We are in NJ, sorry about that buddy!
Total Budget???
mr george wont need a new guy😂😂😂😂
How do you get the deck back to looking new after all the dirt is on it from working?
we always powerwash everything on the last day! A surface cleaner attachment on the gun makes it a breeze
@@THEpremieroutdoor nice, the power wash doesn’t leave any lines or is the pressure low?
We use one of those round head attachments…it’s got a spinning head inside that cleans it really evenly…you can get a cheap one at lowes for like 20 bucks…it’s usually called a surface cleaner attachment
@@THEpremieroutdoor definitely seen those before, didn’t thing they were safe for composite. Appreciate the insight and the builds look awesome.

No joist tape?
We only do it on flat blocking! Not necessary on every joist!
I wish I knew how much projects cost so I could budget and plan but the numbers are always so inconsistent
its hard to throw out numbers because things can vary so much in different areas!
Where is your company located please say Virginia so i can hire you.
Come do my backyard but I'm broke tho lol
Maybe one day my friend!!
Is that frost? Whaaaat?
that first day was the only snowfall we got all year, ended up melting before noon lol
I didn't really get anything down my way by Bridgeton.
Where is the POL party?
at work everyday 😂
Idk but I like the before look better.
Very nice to have done. Too bad everyone else takes the brunt of it. This build lasted about 3 weeks!
👋👍
🙏🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍😍

Worst grass laying Ive ever seen. A child will tell you, you dont walk on new turf but rather lay down boards and walk on those.
The videos are great but the music is the worst!
Honestly it’s a ugly design. Contemporary grey deck against a yellow/beige traditional house. The work looks good.
Thanks I think!
The house is light grey and it's the exact same color as my vinyl. It goes good with the deck theme. I think some glasses are needed
Contemporary deck with a traditional house. Doesn’t look good to me.
@@mach55r
Would love to know the time it took to complete each project from start to finish and the cost of each project.
Great music.
Please list if possible.
Thx
Wow wow really nice
