I went with a ceramic ivory kyusu that I imported from Kyoto, Japan. Ceramic ivory because I wanted to keep the flavor neutral over time and the kyusu that I chose has a ceramic filter because I’m still hesitant about the steel mesh filters and I want to make sure I have this one for the rest of my life.

"this one is not quite as high pitched"
Yes it was
This was a great breakdown. Enough of my French press. It’s time to elevate my tea brewing methods.
I love my kyusu from Nioteas and will never go back to the French press again.
