TM Krishna: 2 Thillanas in Ragam Khamas

- In this video TM Krishna sings two very exciting thillanas, "Thaam Thaam Thaam" composed by Patnam Subramanya Iyer and "Dhirana Dhirana Tanana" by Lalgudi Jayaraman in Ragam Khamas. This is followed by a superb thani avarthanam by N Guru Prasad on ghatam and Anirudh Athreya on kanjira.
Krishna was also accompanied by the always excellent Akkarai Subhalakshmi on violin. Tanpura support was provided by Krishna's student Bhargavi Venkatram.
We're fortunate to have such great musicians gracefully sharing their performances free of cost and equally saddened to see such low view figures. My sincere thanks to FEA channel for bringing such quality content to us.

Although the concert is superb I do miss the flavour of mridangam
The dichotomy between the kanjira and ghatam is also nice because they are polar opposites, whereas they both are outshined by the mridangam when accompanying it.

@sai baba since the brutal killing of poor sadhoos was not done by the section on which the Propaganda game started. Thats why the silence of individuals like him. He is a human being and always condemns any sort of atrocity against anybody. Here the sad incident was occurred not on any religious grounds. All those arrested are Hindu people. They mistook this sadhoos as thieves. Had the sadhoos obeyed the lock down of the country the incidents wouldn't have happened
