Love this....especially since I have a 15 year old daughter who wants to ride this with me. She rode Tibble from bottom up from the Reservoir. She rides a Beta 300 RR lowered but so awesome you were on this with your dad!
Try out a 2 stroke 300; it will help you develop that technical feature progression & you will be a MegsBrapp in no time. U got a lot of potential and obviously the passion to ride and patience + creativity to do the video thing. Cheers - keep up the progression!!
I'd say that would be an awesome bike for the area, especially for the trails featured in my "Better than Moab" video. For the Toquerville Twister, there are only a couple tricky spots, and lots of uphills that get steeper as you go up and then flatten out quickly. As long as you have at leas 1 other physically strong rider with you, know how to seek out alternative lines, and know how to keep the front end down on uphills, I say go for it. Now, if someone wanted to take their 1290 or big BMW adventure bike out there, I'd advise against it.

This looks amazing!!
Rode here today. Great ride, very muddy in and out of those ravines!

Beautiful place to ride...very cool!
Make sure you start this ride early in the morning. It's definitely a long ride. Make sure one of you in the group is a strong rider.
Would a KTM 690 Enduro R be too much bike in Utah? Asking by old dad rider. I own one, but would it be a mistake to bring to Utah? Good rider.
