Despite the fierce and rigid reputation of Grand Motif Tarkin in Star Wars. Carrie Fisher stated actor Peter Cushing smelled like lavender in their shared scenes.....he also wore bedroom slippers as the boots were too uncomfortable.
Princess Leia lamented:
“I recognized your foul stench when I was brought on board.”
Carrie Fisher stated that in real life it was the opposite......
"He smelled like linen and lavender"
Cushing attributed such a pleasant smell to his tendency to frequently brush his teeth because he was self-conscious about possibly having bad breath.

I'm advid grower (inventor of SeedMates llc MicroGreen Sheets ) and just started growing lavender from seed (indoors) a few weeks ago (very successfully germination ) but then speak to my sister whims says ,"she plants lavender by seed (directly outside) and grew to fruition (flowers) the first season (we both live Michigan ) after all my studies I can't find any variety that grows direct and is Fast growing ???
Am I wrong ?(tho I believe my sister ) but maybe she grew a different variety??)
