Kalena Parish (formerly DeLima) has been singing and performing since age 11, first with her dad Kelly Boy DeLima and the iconic band Kapena and now with her husband Kala'e Parish. Kalena also started the Kapena School of Music based in Kaneohe and sits on the board for the Hawai'i Songwriting Festival. In today’s episode, Kalena talks about growing up as "Kalenaku", spending much of her childhood on a stage and how she fell back in love with music during COVID. This episode is a blast!
