If commercial hasn't "over caught" and there is still not enough for a normal sized 1 fish slot for the recreational guys. It sounds to me like Commercial needs to have there quota's lowered. Or rec guys should have a lower slot like 26-31. NO hearings , No warning..
Can some one tell Paul that he's basically repeating the same salt water report as the others, maybe shake it up and actually do some research, as a long time fan it's pretty corny..

Agreed about commercial fishing. Needs some tighter regulations
Agreed but the worst is these “Poachers” harvesting them. Need more funding to Enforcing these laws no? Poachers drive me insane.
