What you said makes a lot of sense. I never did any type of crazy cardio exercises. I’ve been training for this half marathon and I started doing sprints and after some sets and feel extremely dizzy and sick. My friend is very used to sprints so he always laughs at me haha. That happens to me also because I was not having a snack before the workouts, I highly recommend eating something before your workout
Hey Brian, thank you for creating this video. I've been trialing and erroring this stuff for months now and I figured out the eating and hydrating too soon pretty quickly. However, even though I do a it of warming up on my first set of BW training, I never thought about a full 15m session before starting the actual training, nor did I think about doing some cardio to get the body really warm before either. The downside in my case is that it seems it takes my body much too long to get warm but I only have a short window of time to get it in, so I have always compromised on the warmup. I do mobility/stretching first thing in the morning, a bit of walking, then I train with a cardboard mat and sometimes a suspension trainer just before work starts. Thankfully, it's just us guys, so they don't care about the sweat so much. One thing I have also noticed, is the days in which I got more than 4h of sleep the night before, I feel much better and able to train without the queasy, dizzy feeling - which helps a lot when doing one-legged burpees, plyo pushups, and anything remotely close to handstand anything. P.S. Great alliteration with "sip some sort of simple sugar solutions". When I do, I'll be sure to sip slowly. Have a great evening and stay safe.
I used to get out of my car after a 1 hour commute and roll into a heavy workout. I wouldn't get fully warmed up until a few sets in, and it felt awful. Warmups are important

As I was done, I walked out, waiting for my dad to pick me up, then all of a sudden I feel nauseous, feel a little dizzy, and everything goes blurry and bright.
