    Thanks for this video! My husband is an engineer, so I trust he’ll fix it properly, but this will save time for troubleshooting. We bought ours off Marketplace and it worked perfectly for the first 3 months until it started stopping & blinking. Our power button doesn’t light up though, maybe the year is different on this model

    I just fixed 2 of these and it turned out the light from the sensor was not reflecting off the white markings on the wheel. I took a white paint pen and went over the white and now both work flawlessly. To check your sensor use your camera on your phone and you should see a tiny purple dot when the machine is on. This will confirm wether your sensor is functioning or not

    So, a big reason why these don’t work is because the sensor above the black wheel at the bottom is an ir reader. Over time, the white paint on top of the wheel fades off and the sensor can no longer accurately read the speed of the motor, causing intermittent shutting down. Hope this helps someone.
