    Outstanding, just outstanding exercises. I do some you have shown and some variations. Also medicine ball. My speed, flexibility and strength have dramatically improved. I’m 76 and popped several drives 235 and one 270. A year ago. I was 190 to 225.

      That's awesome John! Thanks for the feedback. If you haven't seen it yet, we just released a new program that I think would be right up your alley! Maybe get you a few 250's soon. It's called Hyper-Elastic Distance and is a resistance band based program. You can find the page here: 18strong.myclickfunnels.com/elastic-distance

    Excellent video. Please send me a link to the band that you are using. All I see is crossover over symmetry cords. Thanks

      I like this routine, I just recently bought a set of nice bands and been wanting to leave them tied
      Up In the racks at my warehouse just to go to when I have a few free minutes. I paid for the program but hated the way the app worked so gave up instantly with it looking for a
      Different path with the bands

    Hi just got myself a set of bands. How many sets and reps of each exercise would you recommend? Trying to get some strength back after a few years.

    • @18STRONGTV
      @18STRONGTV  4 роки тому

      Typically 3-4 sets in the range of 8-12 reps is a good start. Glad to hear you’re getting back into it. Nice work, and let us know how we can help. If you need a complete program, we have everything you would need in our new app 💪🏻 . You can try it for free at 18STRONG.com. Cheers, Jeff

    What bands do you recommend?

    • @18STRONGTV
      @18STRONGTV  5 років тому +1

      Crossover Symmetry is my favorite, especially because they have the canvas covering over them, but they are a little more pricey than your average bands you can find on amazon. Superflex bands are also good.

    Do u have any suggestions for cardio for golfers ?

    • @18STRONGTV
      @18STRONGTV  5 років тому

      I'm a big fan of mixing high intensity intervals with some basic low level/intensity work (LIST) on a weekly basis. high intensity would be some sort of high effort interval (bike, running, jump rope, skierg, rower, etc.) Low level can be as simple as a long walk outside, easy bike ride, etc.

    Lunges, one of the worst exercises for anyone with any sort of knee weakness, or not.
    Do reverse lunges, and put the weight on you your heel.

    • @18STRONGTV
      @18STRONGTV  4 роки тому

      Gonna disagree with you on that one ;-)

    • @markparker5585
      @markparker5585 7 місяців тому

      @@18STRONGTVwhy? Reverse lunges have practically all the plus points of standard lunges, without the initial loading through the knee.

    • @18STRONGTV

      An easy and veratile number for sets and reps would be 3-4 sets for 8-12 reps
