It was nice meeting you the other day Sean. My wife and I came to a open house in Santa Ana area. We will be calling you soon. Cant wait to move to OC.
Hi Fernando. Yes, Sean has lots of experience with VA loans and all sorts of loan products. He actually started in the real estate business as a loan officer. Feel free to reach out to him anytime at (714) 348-4000.
Seriously…… where the ocean meets the sea??? I was fortunate enough to have grown up with Chris Mauro and his siblings, Tommy, Stevie, Dougie, and sister Kathy (Am I missing any siblings)…… YEP, my bad, I left out brother Greg 🤦♀️. Sorry Buddy! Their Dad “Doc” Mauro became a force to be reckoned with when he took up beach Volleyball. I grew up about 10 house’s from them. My Mom still lives in Laguna, as does my sister, who is an amazing artist that show’s at Sawdust Festival (summer and Winter Fantasy). You mentioned in your “con’s” about Laguna Beach, that summer traffic and parking is a huge problem……. What coastal/beach community in the state of California is any different during summer month’s? I grew up in TAB (in what was then called South Laguna) and my Mom always preferred to grocery shop either at Gene’s Market (PCH @ Oak Street I think) or at Gelson’s in CDM. She always referred to either of those choices as “swimming up stream”. Living anywhere on the California Coastline is still what I consider a blessing and true gift. We are well aware of how lucky any of us are to be able to pull that off, be it with mortgage payments and limited parking spaces for your home, or continuing to pay rent for the luxury of living the dream. Laguna Beach is an incredible place to have grown up in. Still trying to get past your opening comment “where the ocean meets the sea” 🤦♀️. So where are you guy’s from?
@@nativealaska They introduce themselves with the same last names, so that leaves a couple of possibilities, none of which mesh very well with a comment about them "getting it on": 1) They are married, 2) They are brother and sister, or 3) They are cousins at some level. Since they don't seem to look related from an appearance perspective, I'm going to wager they are married.
Totally different vibes entirely. MB is a far more younger crowd, and less on the "high society" end of the spectrum. I think a Laguna Beach vs. La Jolla video would be a better comparison, and also because the oceanfront geography is much more similar.
Correction: The "Dirty Bird" is just the locals' name for "The Sandpiper."

Yes, I remember. It was nice to meet you, too! -Sean
Are there affordable neighborhoods in Laguna for renters? Is there a comparable surf and laidback culture as in Huntington?
Came across your guys video, any experience in using the VA home loan?

Pretty sure they're married, so it'd be a bit weird if they hadn't...but, probably not as weird as posting public comments such as yours.
@@gavinhalm3016 No they arent what are you talking about?

It would be cool to see a showdown video between Laguna Beach in Orange County versus Manhattan Beach in Los Angeles County. Just a thought.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Yeah! And something like Newport Beach vs Palos Verdes Estates. 😎
