  • There are many Abandoned classic American muscle cars in this junkyard that I have never seen before. Classic Mustangs and Cameros were more scarce than I was anticipating. But there were plenty of Chevy Vegas and Classis Pick up trucks. The Subaru Brat and Datson 280z were pretty neat finds! Many Nissan 300zx Z31 were scattered across the yard. Also the Porsche 944 hidden in the back was pretty rad!

The blue two door 9:03 is a Datsun 210 fastback(Nissan Sunny, B310 chassis) 1979 - 1982. That was the predecessor to the FWD Nissan Sentra/Sunny, B11 chassis. I remember seeing lots of Datsun 210/B210 quite a few in the 80s and 90s. I think most of them got scrapped in the mid 90s, because I stopped seeing them on the roads in the late 90s. the beauty of the buick roadmaster wagon is not the wood panelling, its whats under the hood. For a few years 1994ish they came with the lt-1 v8. The same motor found in the cadillac fleetwood, impala ss, and corvette. Slightly detuned for the buicks and caddys but it could be tuned back to corvette specs with a few parts. So a corvette motor in a woodpanelled station wagon made a hell of a sleeper.

A lot of 2 door rear windows roll down in those years, my 1969 Oldsmobile 442 coupe has windows that roll down for the back passenger space. Chevelle's, GTO, skylark, as well as Camaro's 1967-69 all have that as well.

One quick way to get an idea on the year of classic Mustangs, is to check the lenses on the tail lights. The year will typically be molded into the lens. 13:03

Tail light lenses show the first year made, so a '65 lens was used in '66. also. VIN tags are best way. Old cars had year on them, now it's a code,

That red car with the small trunk and sweeping chrome is a 66' AMC marlin in decent shape. Those are rare and that one is worth a restoration! The white one too, it has more sheet metal on the bottom.

In 7:09 in the video, that’s a 1957 Chevy nomad and it’s honestly arguably the best looking wagon in history to be made. They also made a nomad with no windows in the rear and that was called the Chevy delivery which was basically a wagon van. The nomad is basically just a Chevy bel air that’s just a wagon lmao
