I have this one that I needed due to my neighbor's palm trees dropping seeds all over. There was nothing I could do to remove them besides combing the grass with a fine rake. Recently we had flood waters come through and a lot of mud embedded in my grass that I thought I would have to pull and put in new grass. I waited for it to stop raining, which was months, and I finally ran my little machine over my poor turf. I got about 15 ft before I realized the machine was full. I filled wheel barrels full of dirt and debris that I realized this was going to be a bigger job than I thought. I rented a uhaul trailer and loaded that up with so much dirt, it was insane. The only downside to this machine is that it won't get the edges like you mentioned. So you'll have to do that manually. In my case I had to use a shop vac to get the rest of the dirt out. I will still need to pull back the turf and fill in holes that were created from the flow of the water that came through and moved stuff around. Great little machine though.

I have a similar machine. Try to avoid pulling the machine backwards because it puts excessive strain on the roller motor and may cause damage.
