    Hello...
    In this video, I made a circuit that can adjust the output current for the machine I showed in my "Arc Boiling Machine" video, which attracted a lot of attention. I had set up a circuit during the construction of the machine. In fact, the circuit I made worked very stable and never malfunctioned. However, I guess it was a bit confusing because I did it with the method called "space assembly". Many viewers reported that they could not understand the wiring and assembly of the circuit in the machine. That's why I decided to make a new circuit that is accessible to everyone.
    I had the PCB production done by JLCPCB company and I was very satisfied with the result. That's why I recommend it to you. You can download the circuit diagram and the necessary file for PCB production (GERBER) from the links below.
    8 triacs can be connected to the circuit. As the number of connected triacs increases, the power of the circuit increases. For example, when using 4 8 Ampere triacs, a total of 32 Ampere current resistance is obtained. In this case, the power of the circuit is approximately 220x32=7000 Watt at 220V mains voltage. Although this value may seem very high, it is necessary to reduce the probability of failure for 2 microwave oven transformers. This power value can be considered as 110x32=3500 Watt in places with 110V mains voltage. Since I get a lot of questions about this, let me try to explain a little:
    In places with a mains voltage of 110V, the welding machine will draw more current from the input in order to obtain the power of about 2000 Watts it needs. In this case, although 4 triacs have a total power of 3500 Watts, I recommend that those who use 110V voltage connect 6 triacs as there may be a risk. In this way, the probability of malfunction will be minimized.
    The elements used in the circuit are materials that are chosen very affordable and can be found everywhere.
    Input and output sockets have been selected as 4-pin to increase mechanical strength and current carrying capacity. Those who use 2 transformers and have 220V mains voltage like me can use the 2 pins in the middle. In places with 110V, since 2 times the current will be drawn, 4 pins should be considered as 2 pins, right and left, and if necessary, 2 wires should be connected. In this way, the current-carrying cable cross-section is increased.

    @MuratGuney once again great work. Exist another solution without to modified the voltage sinusoidal form in primary coil. Idea is to saturated the core from exterior columns, using two coils connected at c.c. voltage regulator. Using c.c. voltage to this coil you can control how from alternate flux can pass through this columns. Ideal construction is with primary and secondary a.c coils to exterior columns and coil connected to c.c. voltage in central column.

      Hello. Firstly, thank you. However, I did not understand how I could adjust it without disturbing the sinus form. What I did is an easy and cheap method. However, it makes adjustments by chopping the sine wave. It works, but I can admit it's not perfect.

      @ Your solution used is OK, but I wish to remember that also are other solutions. Theoretically, with an dc coil you can add an non alternating flux in the core and remain available less (equivalent section) for alternating flux and in this manner is moved the point of function on plane characteristic (in saturation zone) V/T (voltage/induction) of the core.I think, with two magnets, for example: one with N on the left column and another with S on the right column, you can see some difference, of course the difference depends on how strong the magnets are.

    Hey my man, another good video. One of these days id like to try out your triac configurarion. Ive built this welder and used an scr for my power regularion.
    Idk if you remrmber but he spoke through comments about adding a dc choke/coil filter in the comments on the other videos of this welder. I would like to share with you what i had done regarding this. I used 2 mots like you did for my welder, i took 2 more mot cores of similar size and welded them together face ro face to make one long transformer El configuration. Wound it as tightly, neatly and solidly as i could with 10 ga silicone wire, the same wire i use on my welding tranformers. I then put it in the positive line coming off the rectifier, before the capacitor. And so far it has been working quite well!
    Now i want to explain that instead of running stick i tried to fashion a wire feed motor for my welder to ise as a flux core or mig, i failed at that so i bought a cheap wire feed motor and power it iff an led 240ac to 12vdv converter. Running flux core through my machine works very very well and thebaddition of the choke makes it 10x smoother. Now i need to note that it seems i had some current loss due to the limitations of the transformer but am still welding thru 1/8 to 1/2 inch just fine with 0.030 wire. This is why i wanted to add the choke. I found out however thatbif i were to run stick, with the filter choke, id need to remove the capacitor. So idk if you really want to explore that with this project or not. Just some info to try n help. I would not have my homemade awesome little buzz box if i had not found your channel my freind.       @ hey, well i am in the process of rebuilding the box to house everything, takes time because i work alot of hours. I honestly still dont know the calcularions of chokes or the specs of this one specifically nor do i keep any schematics. Online i have found several web pages with detailed information on filtering dc though, qnd have followed the schematic for an lc filter configuration. There are some detailed points i would like to share tho, if you or anyone decides to try this on their own. You can use tha capacitor before the choke BUT you will need at least a 100amp diode between the cap and choke, the flyback from the choke will blow the cap unless it is monsterous, it blew my 125v 4700uf cap. I use it choke 1st then cap from the rectifier. I use a 1600v 200amp full bridge rectifier in mine so that device can handle the flyback, or at least seems ro be able to so far. Once im finnished with the new box i will post outputs n such but as far as pocs, idk how to post those lol. I only fairly recently started playing with yt

    Здравствуйте! Мурат хотел спросить, а если на трансформатор от микроволновки намотать алюминиевый провод с медным покрытием без изоляции с сечением 4мм! И подключить к сети 220В. Что будет просто боюсь подключать к сети 220В. Вдруг замкнет или бабахнет точнее взорветься? Просто алюминиевый провод немного задевает первичную обмотку.

      Привет. Вы серьезно относитесь к использованию неизолированного провода? В этом случае происходит полное короткое замыкание. Скорее всего предохранитель сгорит. Если нет, то еще хуже... трансформатор сильно греется и первичная обмотка может сгореть. Определенно нет.

    Мурат, судя по сварочным швам, у аппарата не хватает выходного напряжения!! Напряжение холостого хода нужно от 55 вольт и выше!!

      Привет. Выход постоянного тока составляет около 60 В. Проблем с возникновением дуги нет, но было бы лучше, если бы напряжение было выше. Спасибо за интерес 👍

      Hola. Puede usarlo, pero no puede ajustar la corriente. En este caso, si usa electrodos delgados como 2 mm, la corriente es demasiado. Pero puedes quemar electrones como 2.5 o 3.25. Esto también debe agregarse. Si la parte soldada es demasiado delgada, el exceso de corriente puede perforar la parte. Es mejor que construyas la máquina sin el circuito. Dependiendo de la situación, puede agregar el circuito más tarde. Saludos desde Turquía 👍

    You need three transformers because most welders use 1/8th inch electrodes.
    Three or more in series is better. Giving you the most stable arc ever.
    Able to turn rutile rods into deeper penetration rods.
    Overall, decent video.

      Hola. En lugares donde se utiliza voltaje de 220V, un atenuador de 4000W será suficiente. Está bien incluso si no hay triac adicional. Sin embargo, si desea reducir la posibilidad de mal funcionamiento, basta con utilizar 1 más del mismo triac. En otras palabras, puedes conectarlo en paralelo al triac del circuito.

      Si vas a conectar 4 BT137, te recomiendo conectar el otro triac. Sería mejor si los elementos a conectar en paralelo fueran idénticos. Creo que puedes usarlo con tu circuito existente y si tienes problemas, puedes conectar 4 BT137. Si el circuito del atenuador se estropea, el triac y el diac (generalmente un elemento de circuito azul de 2 pines) fallarán. Cuando los reemplace y repare cualquier rotura en el circuito, su circuito funcionará.

      Merhaba. Devreler aynı aslında. Ancak diğer videoda devrenin yapilisj anlasilamadigi için bu videoyu hazırladım. Burada da bütün triyaklar paralel bağlı. Ayrıca 110V gerilim kullanan yerlerde daha fazla triyak kullanılması gerektiği için kart üzerine 8 adet triyak bağlanabilecek şekilde yaptım. Türkiye için 4 triyak yeterlidir

      Merhaba Agah bey. Potu çift yapmaya gerek yok aslında. Çıkış zaten DC olduğu için voltmetre bağlanabilir. Ampermetre de kullanabilirsiniz ancak akım değeri sadece kaynak sırasında okunabilir. Ben kutuyu küçük yaptığım için gerçekten alan sorunum var. Gozterge eklemem için kutunun alüminyum bölümlerini uzatmam gerekiyor. Bu sıra bu konuda çalışabilecek zaman bulabileceğimi sanmıyorum.     90 A is less for 3.25 mm electrode. You should use only 2 mm electrode. Rutil 6013.

      Hello. There is no problem with Melting the 3.25 electrode. It melts pretty well. To tell the truth, I think there was a problem with the current measurement. Because even though the output is DC, I couldn't make a good measurement when I took the meter to DC stage. Because when a load is connected to the output, full DC output cannot be obtained. As a result of the rectification, a 100Hz full-wave rectification signal is obtained. Therefore, I may have made a mistake during the measurement with the ammeter. As you can see in the video, a very smooth welding process is obtained.

      Hello. If you use AWG10 cable, I recommend using 3 transformers. otherwise the Voltage will be low. You should wind the transformers as much as you can. It will probably fit between 13 - 15 turns.

    sr buenas noches soy peruano quisiera saber si el dimmer anterior con los triacs le funciono bien y quiero saber si el nuevo regulador de voltaje hace lo mismo por que le puse un dimmer de 4000 wats y mucho quemaba el fusible. digame al dimmer de 4000 le puedo poner 4 triacs de bta41600b o le puedo poner 4 triacs bt 137600e .espero su respuesta es un genio le pregunto eso por que no se como comprar los protoboard que ud usa

      Hola. Si el voltaje de su red es de 110 V, debe usar un circuito de atenuación más potente. Si es 220V, puedes usar 4000W... Si no hay problema con las conexiones y el fusible no se funde cuando energizas los transformadores sin instalar un atenuador, vuelve a conectar el atenuador. Sin embargo, si el fusible se funde constantemente, es posible que el circuito que estás utilizando esté defectuoso. Para entender esto, puedes mirar el triac en el circuito con un multímetro. Si va a utilizar el mismo circuito, reemplace el elemento diac junto con el triac en el circuito. bta41600b es un triac de 40A y se puede utilizar. Estoy usando 4 BT137. El circuito que ves en este video funciona igual que el circuito que hice antes. Como ventaja, no hay desorden de cables y se pueden conectar más triacs.

      Hello. If you are asking about this circuit, there is no problem. So you can also use it with 110V. However, since more current will be drawn from the network at 110V voltage, it would be better to connect 8 triacs to the circuit. If your question is about the welding machine... the answer is yes. In other words, you can make the same welding machine and use it at 110V voltage.

      Merhaba. Öncelikle teşekkür ederim. Aslında fark yok ama bu devreye daha fazla triyak bağlayarak daha güçlü hale getirilebilir. Ayrıca kaynak makinesi videosunda dimmer devresine yaptığım işlemi herkes anlayamadı diye düşündüm ve bu devreyi yaptım.

      Bonjour. Je pense que vous parlez de l'épaisseur du matériau à souder. Merci pour l'information. Je pense que je me suis trompé sur les mesures que j'ai faites. Parce que comme vous pouvez le voir, l'image de soudage réalisée avec l'électrode 3.25 est très belle. Si le courant est insuffisant, l'électrode ne fondra pas correctement de cette manière. J'attribue la raison de cette erreur au fait que j'ai converti la sortie en courant continu. L'ampèremètre ne peut pas mesurer correctement car le condensateur à l'intérieur de la machine est en décharge continue pendant le soudage.

      Hello. I think the values you are talking about are voltage values. This circuit is voltage independent up to 500V. So you can use. If the number of transformers you will connect is 2, you should use 4 triacs as I did, and if the number of transformers is 4, you should use 8 triacs.

      Merhaba. Bu devrede 8 adete kadar triyak takılabilir. Bu durumda 8A lik 8 triyak paralel baglandiginda 64A olur. Tabi bu kaynak makinesinin giriş tarafı için. Yani 220x64=14000W güç olur. Çıkış tarafı için en azından 250A lik makinede kullanılabilir. Açıklama bölümünde biraz daha ayrıntılı bilgi bulabilirsiniz.

      Hello. I put the dimmer circuit in this video on the input side, between the primary winding and the mains voltage. A circuit like this would not be suitable for output because the output current is too high.
