If someone brought a ladder into my fucking climbing gym I’d laugh, as they were being thrown out by my staff, endangering yourself for clout is one thing, putting a Buisness that supports people at risk, let alone the customers in the business, is a whole different thing. When people pay to go in the gym they’re paying and rightly expecting a level of safety and professionalism that Ross isn’t mentally capable of, it’s not a place to dick around because it’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt and then the gym closes and it affects everyone, just plain selfish.

I didn't think there could be more of a stick in the mud than the rock climbing lady, who had witnessed hundreds of ladder deaths, but the ice skating lady and the random vigilante were a great bit of entertainment to top it all off!! Great video as always!

The skating lady was just doing her job but I think the vigilante lady was definitely being overboard. Rock climbing lady was obviously in the wrong.

In terms of the the staff holding Ross accountable and making him take away the ladder, that's perfectly fine. However, when Ross and his friends were just chilling at the table and she kept being passive aggressive after the issue has been resolved, she went too far.
